KATA PENGANTAR

Untuk menjawab berbagai tantangan pembangunan ke depan, BPS sebagai instansi penyedia data berusaha menyediakan data statistik yang tepat, akurat, dan terpercaya. Usaha tersebut salah satunya kami wujudkan melalui penerbitan Publikasi Bali Dalam Angka 2015, yang menyajikan berbagai macam data dari berbagai bidang kegiatan, seperti keadaan geografi, pemerintahan, kependudukan, ketenagakerjaan, pendidikan, pertanian, industri, perdagangan, transportasi, komunikasi, keuangan, pertumbuhan ekonomi, PDRB per kapita, kemiskinan, dan lain-lain. Dengan tersedianya informasi statistik tersebut, para pengguna data dapat menjadikannya sebagai rujukan atau bahan kajian/analisis dan perencanaan guna untuk mewujudkan masyarakat Indonesia yang sejahtera dan bermartabat.

PREFACE

To address the development challenges in futures, BPS as a data provider institution tries to provide accurate, precise, and reliable statistical data. One of the efforts we make is the issuance of Bali in Figures 2015 publication, which comprises wide range of data from various field of activities such as geographical condition, government, population, employment, education, agriculture, industry, trade, transportation, communication, finance, economic growth, GRDP per capita, poverty, et cetera. As for these statistical informations have been made available, data users are able to use them as references or resources in conducting researches and planning in order to realize a prosperous and civilized society in Indonesia.

To all parties, both government institution and private sectors that have given attention and assistance in data collection, we cordially express our great appreciation and gratitude.

Although this publication has been well prepared and improved from previous years, but it is possible that data users still find some deficiencies. Therefore, criticism and suggestions for further improvements will be appreciated.
