PERBANDINGAN JUMLAH CLUSTER OF DIFFERENTIATION 4 (CD4) SETIAP BULAN PADA PENDERITA HUMAN IMMUNODEFFICIENCY

Abstrak
Latar belakang : Sasaran utama virus HIV adalah subset limfosit yang berasal
dari timus, yaitu sel helper/ inducer. Kerusakan CD4 pada limfosit ini merupakan salah satu penyebab terjadinya efek imunosupresif oleh virus HIV. Beberapa
fusion/entry inhibitors dibuat dengan tujuan menghambat ko-reseptor sehingga
bisa mencegah penggabungan HIV ke dalam sel hospes. Infeksi HIV sering menyebabkan penurunan jumlah CD 4. Penemuan ARV sebagai terapi untuk menghambat kerusakan yang lebih banyak jumlah CD 4 oleh karena HIV.
Tujuan : Untuk mengetahui peningkatan jumlah CD 4 setelah mendapatkan
ARV.
Metode : Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimental dengan rancangan
pre post tes. Enam puluh sembilan yang datang ke Poliklinik Pelayanan Khusus RSUP H. Adam Malik diikutsertakan dalam penelitian ini. Terhadap subyek penelitian dilakukan anamnesis dan pemeriksaan klinis dan kemudian diambil darah diperiksa jumlah CD 4. Pemeriksaan darah untuk menghitung peningkatan jumlah CD 4 setelah mendapatkan ARV selama tiga bulan.
Hasil : Terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan dari CD 4 setelah mendapatkan
terapi ARV dengan rerata CD 4 bulan pertama 107,19 sel/mm3, bulan kedua 137,57 sel/mm3 dan bulan ketiga 197,07 sel/mm3(p = 0,001).
Kesimpulan : Terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan jumlah CD 4 setelah
mendapatkan terapi ARV.

Abstract
Background : The main goal of the HIV is a subset of lymphocytes derived from
the thymus, the cell helper / inducer. Damage CD 4 lymphocytes is one of the causes of the immunosuppressive effects of the HIV virus . Some fusion / entry inhibitors inhibit created with the purpose of co - receptors that can prevent the incorporation of HIV into the host cell . HIV infection often causes a decrease in the number of CD 4 . Discovery of antiviral therapy to prevent more damage because of the amount of CD 4 by HIV
Objective : To determine the increase in the number of CD 4 after getting ARVs . Methods : This study was an experimental study with pre- post test design .
Sixty- nine who came to the Voluntary Counselling Test H. Adam Malik Hospital included in this study . On the subject of research conducted anamnesis and clinical examination and blood taken then examined the number of CD 4 . Examination of blood to calculate the increase in the number of CD 4 after getting ARVs with mean .
Results : There is a significant increase from the CD 4 after getting antiretroviral
therapy every months:107,19 cel/mm3,137,57 cel/mm3 and 197,07 cel/mm3 (p = 0,001). (p<0,0001).
Conclusion : There is a significant increase in the number of CD 4 after
antiretroviral therapy.
