FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PEMILIHAN METODE KONTRASEPSI MANTAP PRIA DI KECAMATAN KAPAS KABUPATEN BOJONEGORO
Keluarga berencana merupakan upaya kebijakan pemerintah dalam rangka mewujudkan pembangunan keluarga sejahtera sebagai salah satu usaha untuk mencapai kesejahteraan dengan jalan memberikan nasehat perkawinan, pengobatan kemandulan dan penjarangan kehamilan. Keluarga berencana berupaya untuk meningkatkan keterpaduan dan peran serta masyarakat, pembinaan keluarga dan pengaturan kelahiran dangan memperhatikan nilai-nilai agama, keserasian, keselarasan dan kesinambungan antara jumlah penduduk dengan dukungan dan daya tampung lingkungan, kondisi perkembangan social budaya serta tata nilai yang hidup dalam masyarakat. Dengan meningkatnya teknologi serta penemuan ilmu pengetahuan baru tentang kontrasepsi dapat membantu pasangan usia subur mendapatkan kontrasepsi yang tepat untuk mereka. Tentu saja, tidak hanya wanita sebagai akseptor utamanya tetapi pria turut berperan aktif menggunakannya. Karena selama kurun waktu dasawarsa terakhir pria hanya berperan dalam mengambil keputusan untuk menggunakan kontrasepsi tertentu. Sehingga hal ini sangat dirasa tidak adil. Pria sebagai kepala keluarga dapat mengambil bagian aktif dalam pelaksanaan Keluarga berencana sehingga dapat tercapai norma keluarga kecil bahagia dan sejahtera (NKKBS). Hanya terkadang kurang pengertian pria bahwa keluarga berencana hanya untuk wanita sehingga perencanaan keluarga menjadi pincang.
Di propinsi Jawa Timur pencapaian jumlah peserta KB tertinggi pada Suntikan sebesar 31,00 %, terendah adalah MOP sebesar 20,30 %. Sedangkan untuk Daerah Kabupaten Bojonegoro, jumlah peserta KB tertinggi adalah Suntik 67,45% dan pencapaian terendah adalah MOP yaitu 0,04%. (BKKBN, 2008). Sementara di kecamatan Kapas untuk peserta KB aktif pria hanya terdapat 98 peserta. Diantaranya adalah 63 peserta MOP dan 36 peserta KB kondom.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi pemilihan metode kontrasepsi mantap pada pria. Faktor- faktor yang diteliti dan di duga mempengaruhi pemilihan metode kontrasepsi mantap pria adalah pengetahuan, ekonomi dan dominasi pria dalam pengambilan keputusan.

FACTORS INFLUENCE CHOOSING MAN CONTRACEPTION METHODE IN KAPAS DISTRICT BOJONEGORO REGENCY
Family planning is government policy in creating welfare family as one of efforts to reach welfare by giving marriage conseling, infertile cure and spacing pregnancy. Family planning tries to increase integrity and role of society, family and birth arrangement by giving attention religion values, harmonious and relation between total population with support environment capacity, cultural social development and norm in society.
By increasing technology and invention of new science about contraception can help fertile couple to get suitable contraception for them. Of course, not only women main acceptor but also man active to as it. Because for the las ten years man only has role in taking decision to us contraception. So this is unfair, man us family leader can take active role in doing family planning so that can reach welfare and happy small family norm ( NKKBS). Hence sometimes lest understanding for man that family planning only for women so that family planning become lame.
In east Java province the most family planning participant is Injection amount 31%, the lowest is MOP amount 20,30%. Whereas for Bojonegoro Regency, the most family planning participants is injection 67,45% and the lowest is MOP 0,04%. Mean while in Kapas district for man family planning participants only 98 male participants, that consist of 63 MOP participants and 36 condoms participants. This research has purpose to analize factors influence choosing man steady contraception method. The factors which research and guessed influence choosing man domination in taking decission.
This research is observational with design cross sectional study, that is data collection of dependent and independent variable in the some time. The population in this research is fertile age marriage man who join contraception in Kapas District, Bojonegoro Regency in 2008 amount 50 people. The research sample is man participant contraception method that fulfiil inclusion criteria that is man who doesn’t have health problem for man reproduction, wife age >25 years old, has child > 2, the Indonesian nation. While the man exclusion criteria is man who has history reproduction health problems, man with no reproduction health problem but doesn’t willing to joint research. Analisys data technic were collected in the some time which has influence toward choosing man steady contraception method is descriptive and analitic. Descriptive analisys to get description independent variable and dependent variable by using frequency distribution table. Based on general purpose and special purpose about factor which influence man in choosing steady contraception in Kapas District Bojonegoro Regency, dependent variable consist of to categories and independent variable more than one, this the anlisys used is multipple logistic regresion test with alpha 0,05.
The result of research with simple logistic regression test shows that there is influence between economy whith choosing man steady contraception method (p = 0,033). With the result of the research, hoped developing of family planning program and health reproduction in planning and implementation have to offord fulfill man and woman necessity balancely. Communication, information and education (KIE) target is man and woman with developed message pay attention priority of man and woman necessity. Available equipment must not discriminative to man and woman client so can give service the need of man and woman client. The time of service can fill man and woman need balancely. The location of service is reachable by man and woman.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi pemilihan metode kontrasepsi mantap pada pria. Faktor- faktor yang diteliti dan di duga mempengaruhi pemilihan metode kontrasepsi mantap pria adalah pengetahuan, ekonomi dan dominasi pria dalam pengambilan keputusan.

CONTRACEPTION METHODE IN KAPAS DISTRICT BOJONEGORO REGENCY
This research has purpose to analize factor that influence choosing man steady contraception method. The factors which is research and guessed influence choosing man steady contraception methode are knowledge, available budget and man domination in taking decission.
Theys research with is observation with research design cross sectional study that is that is data collection of dependent and independent variable in the some time. The population in this research is fertile age marriage man who join contraception in Kapas District, Bojonegoro Regency in 2008 amount 50 people.
The research sample is man participant contraception method that fulfiil inclusion criteria that is man who doesn’t have health problem for man reproduction, willin to join research, wife’s age >25 years old, has child > 2, the Indonesian nation. While the man exculision criteria is man who has history reproduction health problems, man with no reproduction health problem but doesn’t willing to joint research. Analisys data technic to test factor which has influence toward choosing man steady contraception method is descriptive and analitic. Descriptive analisys to get description independent variable and dependent variable by using frequency distribution table. Before doing double logistic regretion test cach independent is done simple logistic regresion tes with alpha < 0,25 to know which variable as candidate variable. The result of simple logistic regresion analisys p < 0,25 is entered as multiple logistic regression candidate. The result of research with simple logistic regression test shows that variable influence choosing man steady contraception method so the testing just use simple logistic regresion test. The result of this research shows that there is available budget influence choosing man steady contraception method.
