ABSTRACT

Board of Trustees is an instrument that appointed by the government to ensure that the city or regency government can be run properly and fit in accordance with plan and laws that have been determined. The Board of Trustees duty is to supervise, control and guide the management and management of BUMD.

Respondents in this research is the management of BUMD Salatiga regency. Researchers aimed to determine of Supervisory Board performance to supervise the BUMD in Salatiga City, due to the performance of the board of Trustees is very influential on the development of BUMD.
