Profile

PT. Delisari Nusantara is a fully owned subsidiary of Citra Bonang.

The company was founded in 1997. In March 2001,

PT Delisari Nusantara started commercial operation in Jakarta,

Indonesia. Today, PT Delisari Nusantara operates in all major

cities in Indonesia from Aceh to Papua through its regional

offices as well as local business partners.

Delisari Nusantara currently distributes a wide range of bakery

ingredients for food industries, hotels, restaurants, cafes, bakeries,

modern and traditional markets as well national retail chains.

Delisari Nusantara is working very closely with its business partners

from Australia, Belgium, Canada, China, France, Italy, Malaysia,

Singapore and USA to supply high quality food and beverage

products to its customer in Indonesia.

Bread Improver

Ingredients to improve the quality of bread dough. Our improver will increase the volume, softness, give finer texture and ultimately, extend the shelf life of the bread.

Instant Success adalah ragi kering yang aktif, langsung dicampur kedalam tepung terigu, atau tambahkan sesaat pengadukan dimulai. Cocok untuk semua adonan beragi.

Sun dried grapes. Our raisin may be eaten raw or used in cooking, baking and brewing.A part from the common size raisin, we carry a smaller size, zante currant which has a very distinct taste, and smaller in size compared to the regular size raisins. Our zante currant is especially suitable for cookies and biscuits.
