2. GOAL :
Setelah mengikuti perkuliahan Nutrition in Emergency, mahasiswa diharapkan mampu menjelaskan jenis-jenis nutrition in emergencies dan masalah gizi/kesehatan pada kondisi emergencies, melakukan pengkajian status gizi, mendesain feeding program serta mendesain produk formulasi makanan untuk kondisi emergency
3. OBJECTIVES:
Setelah mengukuti perkuliahan ini, mahasiswa mampu: 1) Menjelaskan gambaran umum nutrition in emergency
2) Menjelaskan gambaran umum masalah gizi dan kesehatan pada emergency 3) Menjelaskan dan melakukan metode nutritional assessment dalam emergency
4) Menjelaskan dan menyusun proposal screening/survey nutritional assessment dalam emergency
5) Menjelaskan dan menentukan kebutuhan makanan dan gizi dalam emergency 6) Menjelaskan dan mendesain feeding program dalam emergency
7) Menjelaskan manajemen pelayanan makanan massal pada emergency
8) Menjelaskan upaya untuk mengatasi dan mencegahan defisiensi mikronutrien pada emergency

dibahas selama satu minggu perkuliahan:
1) "Bencana alam terisolir", contoh Banjir Mentawai 2) "Bencana alam tidak terisolir", contoh Tsunami Aceh
3) "Keadaan rawan pangan": contoh paceklik panjang, kekeringan, gagal panen 4) "KLB Gizi buruk" : terdapat KLB Gizi Buruk, contoh KLB Gizi Buruk NTB
Masing-masing kelompok dibebaskan untuk memberi nama kelompoknya masing-masing sesuai tema.

Masing-masing kelompok diberikan kesempatan untuk mempresentasikan materi yang akan dibahas pada hari itu.

1. Membuat rancangan proporal Rapid Nutritional Assessment
2. Membuat rencana dan monev program pangan dan gizi untuk kondisi darurat
3. Menghitung kebutuhan bahan makanan yang diperlukan untuk General Food Distribution
4. Membuat siklus menu untuk dapur umum makanan emergency
5. Membuat formulasi makanan sesuai jenis program yang dipilih (wet dan dry ration)
6. Membuat standar operasional prosedur (SOP) manajemen pelayanan makanan darurat (makanan dan minuman)
7. Merencanakan kebutuhan biaya untuk seluruh program yang diusulkan (populasi menggunakan asumsi)
