ABOUT RESWARA
PT Reswara Minergi Hartama (Reswara) was established in 2010 positioned as a sub-holding of integrated coal mining company. Following its establishment, Reswara immediately took a number of important actions to strengthen its business portfolio in coal mining business. In December 2010,
Reswara acquired PT Tunas Inti Abadi (TIA), owning coal mining concession in South Kalimantan and in June 2011, Reswara acquired PT Media Djaya Bersama (MDB). MDB itself controls two subsidiary companies, PT Mifa Bersaudara (MIFA) and PT Bara Energi Lestari (BEL), both of which are coal mining companies that operate in the Aceh Province.
Reswara was established based on Notarial Deed No. 38 of 19 Oktober 2010 made in the presence of Notary Justriany Koni, SH., and endorsed by the Decision of the Minister of Justice and Human Rights No. AHU-53760.AH.01.01. of 2010 that had been amended several times, the most recent of which was based on Shareholders Deed No. 49 of 24 January 2012, made in the presence of Notary Mrs. Djumini Setyoadi, SH., M.Kn. that was endorsed by the

PT Reswara Minergi Hartama (Reswara) didirikan pada tahun 2010 untuk menjadi perusahaan sub-holding di bisnis pertambangan terintegrasi. Setelah pendiriannya, Reswara segera melakukan berbagai langkah penting untuk memperkuat portofolio bisnis di bidang pertambangan batubara. Pada bulan Desember 2010, Reswara mengakuisisi PT Tunas Inti Abadi (TIA), yang memiliki konsesi tambang batubara di Kalimantan Selatan dan pada bulan Juni 2011, Reswara mengakuisisi PT Media Djaya Bersama (MDB). MDB sendiri memiliki dua anak perusahaan, yaitu PT Mifa Bersaudara (MIFA) dan PT Bara Energi Lestari (BEL), keduanya merupakan perusahaan tambang batu bara yang beroperasi di Propinsi Aceh.

dihadapan Notaris Veronica Nataadmaja SH. dan disahkan berdasarkan Keputusan Menteri Kehakiman dan Hak Asasi Manusia nomor: C - D9745.HT.01.01.TH.2004 tanggal 21 April 2004 yang telah mengalami beberapa kali perubahan dan yang terakhir berdasarkan Akta No. 04 tanggal 1 Juni 2011, dibuat dihadapan Notaris Ny. Djumini Setyoadi, SH.,M.Kn. yang telah disahkan Menteri Hukum dan Hak Azazi Manusia Republik Indonesia dalam Surat Keputusan No. AHU-AH.01.10 - 17625 tanggal 9 Juni 2011.
MDB didirikan berdasarkan Akta Pendirian No. 03 tanggal 6 Mei 2005, dibuat dihadapan Notaris Mita Damayanti SH, M. yang telah disahkan berdasarkan Surat Keputusan Menteri Hukum dan HAM RI No. C-14973.HT.01.01.TH.2005 tentang Pengesahan Akta Pendirian Perseroan Terbatas tanggal 1 Juni 2005. Akta Perusahaan ini telah mengalami beberapa kali perubahan sampai dengan akta yang terakhir berdasarkan akta notaris No.167 tanggal 28 Juni 2011 dibuat dihadapan notaris Humberg Lie. SH, SE, M.Kn. yang telah disahkan Menteri Hukum dan Hak Azasi Manusia Republik Indonesia dalam Surat Keputusan No. AHU-AH. 01.10 - 20178 tentang Persetujuan Akta Perubahan Anggaran Dasar Perseroan tanggal 28 Juni 2011.
Untuk mendukung kegiatan pengapalan batubara, pada bulan Desember 2010 Reswara juga mendirikan PT Pelabuhan Buana Reja (PBR) untuk mengelola jasa pelabuhan. Ketiga perusahaan tersebut - TIA, MDB, dan PBR - merupakan kelompok usaha pertambangan batubara terintegrasi dibawah naungan Reswara, yang merupakan anak Perusahaan dari PT ABM Investama Tbk (ABM).

MDB was established based on Notarial Deed of Incorporation No. 03 of 6 May 2005, made in the presence of Notary Mita Damayanti SH, M. that was endorsed by the Decision Letter of the Minister of Justice and Human Rights RI No. C-14973.HT.01.01.TH.2005 on the Endorsement of the Incorporation of a Limited Liability Company on 1June 2005. This incorporation deed had been amended several times, the most recent of which was based on Notarial Deed No. 167 of 28 June 2011, made in the presence of Notary Humberg Lie SH, SE. That was endorsed by the Minister of Justice and Human Rights of the Republic
of Indonesia through the Decision Letter No. AHU-AH. 01.10 – 20178 on the Approval for Amendment to the Articles of Association of the Company on 28 June 2011.
To support the coal shipment activities, in December 2010 Reswara also established PT Pelabuhan Buana Reja (PBR) to manage port services. Those three companies - TIA, MDB, and PBR - constitute an integrated coal mining bussines under the ownership of Reswara, which is a subsidiary company of PT ABM Investama Tbk (ABM).
Konsesi tambang milik TIA berada di wilayah sungai Loban dan Kusan Hulu, Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu, Kalimantan Selatan, dengan luas sebesar 3.074 Ha. Wilayah konsesi TIA telah dipastikan mengandung 52 juta metrik ton cadangan batubara dari sekitar 106 juta metrik ton sumber daya, dengan perkiraan umur tambang 13 tahun.
Hingga akhir tahun 2011, Reswara telah memproduksi sekitar 2,2 juta metrik ton, yang akan terus ditingkatkan sejalan dengan peningkatan kemampuan logistik dan perluasan rantai logistik batubara terintegrasi.
Cadangan batubara TIA pada umumnya terdiri dari batubara sub-bituminous berkalori rendah, berkandungan abu dan sulfur rendah, yang digunakan pada pembangkit listrik berbahan bakar batubara. Batubara TIA dipasarkan sebagai ”TIA Compliant Coal” yang diperuntukkan bagi perusahaan pembangkit listrik baik di pasar domestik dan luar negeri seperti India, Cina, Thailand dan Filipina untuk digunakan sebagai batubara campuran. Reswara juga memiliki 70% saham di MDB, yang memegang hak penambangan eksklusif pada area konsesi seluas lebih kurang 4.629 Ha di Provinsi Aceh di bawah 2 anak
perusahaan yaitu masing-masing BEL yang terletak di Kabupaten Nagan Raya dengan luas wilayah lebih kurang 1.495 Ha dan MIFA yang terletak di Kabupaten Aceh Barat dengan luas wilayah lebih kurang 3.134 Ha. Pada tanggal 30 Juni 2011, area penambangan MDB diperkirakan memiliki 169 juta metrik ton cadangan batubara tertambang yang merupakan bagian dari 455 juta metrik ton sumber daya batubara.
Hingga akhir tahun 2011, MDB masih dalam tahap pembangunan infrastuktur baik untuk areal tambang maupun areal pelabuhan. Pembangunan infrastruktur tersebut - diantaranya memiliki fasilitas produksi batubara dilokasi tambang, jalan angkut utama ke lokasi pelabuhan dan overland conveyor, serta fasilitas pelabuhan seperti barge loading conveyor
- akan memungkinkan Reswara untuk mengembangkan bisnis MDB secara signifikan di
masa yang akan datang.
TIA’s mining concession is located in Loban River and Kusan Hulu area, Tanah Bumbu Regency, South Kalimantan within an area

As of year end 2011, Reswara realized production and sales of approximately 2.2 million metric tons, and will continue to grow in line with the increase of its logistics capacity and expansion of
its integrated coal logistic chain.
TIA’s coal reserves generally contain low calorie sub-bituminous with low sulfur and ash coal that is mainly
used for coal-fired power plant. TIA’s
coal production is marketed under the brand name of TIA Compliant Coal for the customers of power plant industry in India, China, Thailand and Philippines to be used as blended coal. Reswara now also owns 70%
shares of the MDB, which holds the exclusive mining rights over an area of approximately 4,629 Ha of concession in the Aceh Province under two subsidiary companies, namely BEL located in Nagan Raya Regency of approximately 1,495 Ha and MIFA
located in Aceh Barat Regency of approximately 3,134 Ha. On 30 June 2011, the mined areas of MDB was estimated to contain 169 million metric tons of mineable coal reserves that are part of 455 million metric tons of coal resources.
As off year end 2011, MDB was still in the stage of infrastructure development in both its mine and port locations. These infrastructure developments - comprising among others of coal production facilities at mine sites, the main hauling road and overland conveyor, and port facilities such as barge loading conveyor - will enable Reswara to expand the

TIA didirikan pada tanggal 11 November 2003, yang kemudian diakuisisi oleh SS dan SSB pada Desember 2007. Selanjutnya, pada pertengahan tahun 2010, PT ABM mengakuisisi TIA dari SS, dan akhirnya mengalihkan kepemilikan saham TIA kepada Reswara pada tanggal 14 Desember 2010.
TIA was established on 11 November 2003, which was subsequently acquired by SS and SSB in Desember 2007. Thereafter, in mid 2010, PT ABM acquired a company from SS, and subsequently transferred ownership of that company to Reswara on 14 December 2010.
PT PELABUHAN BUANA REJA
PBR didirikan pada tanggal 2 Desember 2010. PBR bergerak di bidang kepelabuhanan. Pada tanggal 25 Juni 2011, PBR berhasil mendapatkan izin Badan Usaha Kepelabuhanan (BUP) berdasarkan Keputusan Menteri Perhubungan Nomor KP 592 tahun 2011 tentang pemberian Izin Usaha kepada PT Pelabuhan Buana Reja. Dengan izin tersebut PBR dapat bekerjasama dengan pemilik pelabuhan dan/atau terminal di seluruh Indonesia selaku operator pelabuhan dan/atau terminal.
PBR was established on 2 December 2010. PBR is engaged in port services. On 25 June 2011, PBR received the permit to serve as a Port Operating Entity on the basis of the Decision of the Minister of Transportation Nomor KP 592 of 2011 on the issuance of an operting permit for PT Pelabuhan Buana Reja. The permit enables PBR to undertake
joint operations with the owners of ports and terminals throughout Indonesia as an operator of these ports and or terminals.

BEL merupakan pemegang IUP Operasi Produksi batubara pada area seluas 1.495 Ha yang terletak di Kabupaten Nagan Raya berdasarkan Keputusan Bupati Nagan Raya Nomor 545/41/SK/IUP-OP/2010 tanggal 18 Maret 2010 tentang Persetujuan Peningkatan Izin Usaha Pertambangan Eksplorasi menjadi Izin Usaha Pertambangan Operasi Produksi kepada BEL. BEL memiliki sekitar 72 juta metrik ton sumber daya (19 juta metrik ton cadangan tertambang).
BEL is the holder of the coal operation and production permit of an area totaling 1,495 Ha located in the Nagan Raya Regency based on the the Decision of the Nagan Raya Regent Nomor 545/41/SK/IUP-OP/2010 of 18 March 2010 on the Approval of the Upgrading of the Business Permit for Mining Exploration to the Business Permit for Mining Operation and Production to BEL. BEL has approximately 72 million metric tons of coal resources
(19 million metric tons of which are mineable coal reserves). PT MIFA BERSAUDARA
MIFA merupakan pemegang IUP Operasi Produksi batubara pada area seluas 3.134 Ha yang terletak di Kabupaten Aceh Barat berdasarkan Keputusan Bupati Aceh Barat Nomor 117.B tahun 2011 tentang penyesuaian Izin Usaha Pertambangan (IUP) Operasi Produksi MIFA tanggal 30 Maret 2011 selama 20 tahun (sampai dengan 13 April 2025). MIFA memiliki 383 juta metrik ton sumber daya 150 juta metrik ton cadangan tertambang).

Pada tanggal 28 Juni 2011, Reswara membeli 70% saham MDB, yang memegang hak pertambangan eksklusif atas area konsesi seluas 4.629 Ha di bawah 2 IUP Operasi Produksi yang masing-masing dipegang oleh BEL dan MIFA. Total sumber daya batubara diperkirakan lebih dari 455 juta metrik ton. Reswara melalui MIFA yang di fasilitasi oleh MDB akan membangun infrastruktur tambang seperti jalan angkut utama, terminal khusus batubara, ship loader, stockpile, kantor, bengkel dan fasilitas pendukung lainnya untuk memulai produksi secara komersial pada akhir tahun 2013.

MIFA memperoleh penyesuaian IUP Operasi Produksi batubara berdasarkan Keputusan Bupati Aceh Barat Nomor 117.B tahun 2011 tentang penyesuaian Izin Usaha Pertambangan (IUP) Operasi Produksi MIFA tanggal 30 Maret 2011 untuk areal seluas 3.134 Ha yang terletak di Kabupaten Aceh Barat selama 20 tahun untuk jangka waktu selama 20 tahun atau berlaku (sampai dengan 13 April 2025).

Studi kelayakan pelabuhan MDB yang dilakukan oleh MLD–DHV Indonesia menyatakan bahwa pelabuhan angkut batubara dimungkinkan untuk dibangun. The feasibility study for the MDB Port prepared by MLD–DHV Indonesia stated that the coal hauling port is feasible to be constructed.

The following figures on the coal
resources and reserves of TIA and MDB were taken from JORC-compliant Statements of Coal Resources and Reserves issued on September 1, 2011.
In the TIA mines, coal deposits have typically variable seams, with an average seam thicknesses ranging from 0.6 m to 2.9 m. The main seams typically average more than 1.5 m in thickness.
The coal of TIA deposit has the following average in situ quality: Total Moisture (TM) 37.4% (as received,
ar), Calorific Value (CV) 3,960 kcal/kg
(gross as received, gar), Ash 5.7% (air dried basis, adb) and Total Sulphur (TS) 0.15% (adb).
The TIA area is a flat lying deposit
with seams dip ping 2 to 6 degrees to the west.
The Coal Resources are estimated to total 106 million metric tons, of which 32 million metric tons are categorized as Measured Resources, 39 million metric tons as Indicated Resources, with the remaining balance of 35 million metric tons as Inferred Resources.
In the MDB mines, exploration of the MIFA and BEL blocks was carried out in 2005-2006 with additional drilling completed in 2010. The exploration program and data collection was carried out in line with the JORC standards.

dari hasil Laporan Sumberdaya dan Cadangan Batubara yang dibuat sesuai JORC pada
tanggal 1 September 2011.
Pada tambang TIA, deposit batubara memiliki ketebalan yang bervariasi, dengan rata-rata
ketebalan berkisar antara 0,6 m sampai 2,9 m. Bagian lapisan utama rata-rata memiliki
ketebalan lebih dari 1,5 m.
Batubara dalam deposit TIA dengan rata-rata kualitas in situ adalah sebagai berikut: Total

Deposit ini mempunyai multi-lapisan dengan tiga lapisan utama (yakni Lapisan A2, B1, dan
C1) dan sejumlah lapisan split (atau sub-seams
) telah diidentifikasi dengan ketebalan
rata-rata sampai 4,2 m. Pengeboran terkonsentrasi pada tiga lapisan utama bagian atas dengan
jumlah terbatas lubang bor lebih dalam yang memotong Lapisan D dan E yang berada di
bawahnya. Seam dips adalah dangkal, bervariasi antara 5 sampai 10 derajat.
The deposit is multi-seam with 3 main seams (Seams A2, B1, and C1) and a number of seam splits (or sub-seams)
identified at up to 4.2 m in average

Our valued stakeholders,
It would be impossible to appreciate the breadth and scope of business of Reswara as an integrated coal-mine company comprehensively, without understanding its parent company and subsidiaries.
So let me begin by briefly describing
the structure of the ABM Investama Group, to which Reswara belongs.
ABM is a publicly-listed sub-holding company that, in addition to controlling Reswara, also controls a service company for energy and power plant provider, a company engaged in logistics services, major mining
contracting firm that is among the top five mining contracting
operators in the country today, and
a well-established engineering firm
that specializes in designing and constructing mine infrastructures.
ABM melalui Reswara mengendalikan konsesi tambang batubara di Kalimantan Selatan, dan dua konsesi batubara lainnya di Propinsi Aceh, selain sebuah badan
usaha kepelabuhanan.
Sementara itu, Grup yang menaungi ABM adalah PT Tiara Marga Trakindo, yang dikenal karena keberhasilannya di bidang distribusi alat berat di Indonesia selama beberapa dasawarsa.

In short, Reswara belongs to one of the largest and fastest growing integrated energy resources Group in Indonesia with combined assets of more than Rp9.8 trillion as of year-end 2011.
INTEGRATION THAT MATTERS As an integrated coal-mining group that is also part of a larger business group with direct access to companies engaged in mining contracting, electricity, integrated logistics and heavy equipment services; Reswara is one the most strategically integrated coal mine operators in the country today.
At a time when competitive factors are more than ever keys to delivering superior products and services, the Group’s highly integrated operating structure provides Reswara with hard-to-match synergies that truly make a difference to our competitive advantage.
For instance, most coal companies would refer to productivity in terms of tonnage output. In our case, we also speak of DEU - Delivered Energy Units - which we provide to our customers for every shipment of coal that they receive from Reswara. The locations of Reswara’s coal mines, in terms of proximity to ports as well as to markets, also add to our competitive edges. These will be described in more detail in the Management Report section.

FOUNDATIONS FOR FUTURE GROWTH With considerable coal reserves as well as resources, and hard-to-match advantages, Reswara will no doubt be a key driver of growth going forward. We are building up infrastructures and facilities at Reswara that will support growth for decades. Already, the early results of these investments have been encouraging to both operating
performance and financial results.
Although the Company still incurred a net loss of Rp42 billion on revenues of Rp916 billion in 2011, we expect
Reswara to make its first annual profit
as early as 2012. After which revenues
and net profit will grow exponentially
in the following years.
To realize this, the Board of Commissioners closely monitors the management of the Company, ensuring that strategies are executed and objectives are pursued in line with
the five-year business plan that has
been set in motion since 2011. I am pleased to report that progress has been encouraging and Reswara continues to lay down the foundations for future growth. So far, Reswara
has filled its management board with
experienced executives from the mining and mining-related industries. The Company is also well on the way
to fill management positions
(one-tier below directors) with equally experienced managers in their
respective fields.
Infrastructure developments on site and in other facilities such as ports and hauling roads have continued at pace, and we are particularly encouraged by the excellent teamwork and cooperation shown by the various parties that are engaged in these endeavors.
LANDASAN UNTUK TERUS TUMBUH
Dengan cadangan maupun sumber daya batubara yang cukup besar dan beberapa keunggulan lainnya, menjadi pendorong utama bagi Reswara untuk terus maju. Kami sedang membangun infrastruktur dan fasilitas di Reswara yang akan menunjang pertumbuhan selama beberapa dasawarsa mendatang. Hasil awal dari investasi ini cukup menjanjikan, baik dari sisi kinerja operasional maupun keuangan. Meskipun Perusahaan masih mencatat rugi bersih sebesar Rp42 miliar atas pendapatan sebesar Rp916 miliar pada 2011, kami berharap Reswara dapat meraih laba tahunan pertamanya di tahun 2012. Selanjutnya, pendapatan dan laba bersih Perusahaan diharapkan tumbuh pesat
di tahun-tahun mendatang.
Untuk mewujudkan hal ini, Dewan Komisaris terus memantau pengelolaan Perusahaan, memastikan bahwa strategi maupun tujuan Perusahaan diupayakan sesuai dengan rencana bisnis lima tahun Perusahaan yang telah ditetapkan sejak 2011.
Saya bersyukur dapat melaporkan kemajuan yang menggembirakan bagi Reswara, dan bahwasanya Perusahaan terus meletakkan dasar-dasar landasan bagi pertumbuhan yang berkesinambungan di masa depan. Sejauh ini, tim manajemen Reswara telah diisi dengan para eksekutif yang berpengalaman di bidang industri pertambangan dan industri-industri lainnya yang terkait. Perusahaan juga sedang dalam proses mengisi posisi manajemen satu tingkat di bawah Direksi dengan para manajer yang juga berpengalaman di bidangnya masing-masing.
Perkembangan infrastruktur Reswara di lokasi dan fasilitas lainnya seperti pelabuhan dan jalur pengangkutan utama terus dipercepat, terutama dengan didukung oleh kerjasama tim yang baik dan upaya kerjasama yang diperlihatkan oleh berbagai pihak yang terkait.
Pedoman tata kelola perusahaan merupakan area penting lain yang berada di bawah tanggung jawab Dewan Komisaris dalam fungsinya untuk mengarahkan dan mengawasi jalannya Perusahaan. Sekali lagi, saya senang dapat melaporkan bahwa perkembangan dalam bidang ini juga tercapai dengan baik. Grup Tiara Marga Trakindo, sebagai pengelola bisnis alat berat di Indonesia selama beberapa dasawarsa yang mengutamakan integritas, akuntabilitas serta perilaku yang adil, telah menanamkan budaya dan etika kerja yang sama di semua perusahaan dalam Grup.
Sebagai perusahaan yang baru terbentuk, saat ini Reswara sedang menyusun prinsip-prinsip tersebut ke dalam pedoman tata kelola perusahaan Good Corporate Governance (GCG). Termasuk dalam pedoman GCG adalah kebijakan tentang bagaimana melibatkan masyarakat setempat ketika melakukan program tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan (CSR). Bagian CSR laporan tahunan ini menyoroti beberapa langkah yang telah kami lakukan dalam CSR beserta beberapa program lainnya yang berorientasi kepada kebersinambungan.

Good Corporate Governance is Another key area that is under the responsibility of the Board of Commissioners to guide and monitor. Again, I am pleased to report that progress in this particular area has also been excellent. The Tiara Marga Trakindo Group, which among other things has managed the business of heavy equipment in Indonesia for decades with impeccable integrity, accountability and non-discriminatory fair conduct, has instilled the same culture and work ethics among all companies within the Group.
As a newly formed company, Reswara is now compiling those principles into the Company’s Good Corporate Governance Manual. Included in this GCG Manual are policies on how to engage with local communities when undertaking Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs. The year 2011 marked a promising start for Reswara, as we embarked on construction infrastracture to support integrated mining operations, which is a part of our effort to improve our
significant coal resources.
As of year-end 2011, Reswara’s combined reserves amounted to 221 million metric tons, out of total resources of some 561 million metric tons .
These resources are incorporated in three mining operations –TIA that is located in the region of Sei Loban, South Kalimantan; and MDB that owns and operates two mining concessions, namely BEL and MIFA, both of which are located in Meulaboh, Aceh province.
TIA telah memproduksi batubara dengan nama dagang TIA Compliant Coal sejak tahun 2009. Pada tahun 2011, TIA telah memproduksi dan menjual sebanyak 2,15 juta metrik ton batubara, meningkat dari 1,3 juta metrik ton pada tahun 2010. Saat ini Reswara terus membangun dan meningkatkan infrastruktur yang ada guna mendukung operasional TIA, Reswara memproyeksikan adanya kenaikan produksi sekitar 4,0 juta metrik ton
pada tahun 2012.
TUMBUH DAN MELANGKAH MAJU
Growing and Moving Forward adalah tema laporan tahunan untuk tahun ini dan secara tepat menggambarkan tahapan perkembangan Reswara saat ini dan di masa yang akan
datang. Reswara memiliki keunggulan daya saing yang signifikan. Salah satunya adalah
karakteristik unik yang dimilikinya, yaitu kemampuan mengoperasikan tambang dengan
biaya yang efektif dan efisien. Sebagai contoh, jarak dari tambang hingga pelabuhan -
pit to port - untuk operasional TIA hanya sejauh 27 kilometer melewati jalanan dengan perkerasan yang sangat memadai. Di Aceh, jarak tersebut bahkan lebih pendek, yaitu 12 kilometer.

TIA has been producing coal under the trade name of TIA Compliant Coal since 2009. In 2011, TIA produced and sold a total of 2.15 million metric tons of coal, up from 1.3 million metric tons in 2010. Construction works on major infrastructures especially in BEL and MIFA continued apace in 2011.
The main focus during the year was the undertaking of technical studies that included the feasibility study, environmental impact analysis study, geotechnical study and oceanographic study to determine the design criteria for the required infrastructures. These infrastructures comprised of the supporting infrastructures at the mines, the main hauling road, stockpile, seaport and power grid. In addition to those studies, construction works have been underway by experienced contractors, including contracting companies that are integrated with our parent company.
Selain itu, lokasi tambang kami di Propinsi Aceh, di ujung barat daya Sumatera, sangat dekat dengan pasar tujuan di kawasan subkontinental India maupun sekitar Teluk Thailand.
Hal ini memberikan keunggulan yang signifikan bagi Reswara dibandingkan dengan lokasi
tambang lainnya di Indonesia – terlihat jelas dari tolok ukur Delivered Energy Unit (DEU) di pelabuhan tujuan yang merupakan pasar sasaran Perusahaan. Keunggulan ini akan menopang pertumbuhan Reswara dalam beberapa tahun mendatang.
PEMBANGUNAN YANG BERKELANJUTAN
Pembangunan infrastruktur utama BEL dan MIFA di tahun 2011 telah dimulai. Fokus utama di tahun 2011 adalah melakukan studi-studi teknis diantaranya studi kelayakan, studi amdal, studi geotehnik dan studi kelautan untuk memastikan disain kriteria infrastruktur yang akan dibangun. Infrastruktur tersebut terdiri dari infrastruktur pendukung tambang, infrastruktur jalan angkut utama, infrastruktur stockpile, pelabuhan dan infrastruktur jaringan tenaga listrik.
Selain dari studi-studi, pekerjaan fisik di lapangan telah dimulai dengan menggunakan jasa
kontraktor diantaranya adalah perusahaan kontraktor yang terintegrasi dengan perusahaan induk.
MEMBENTUK ASET SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA
Operasi tambang yang efisien dan efektif adalah kunci sukses untuk mewujudkan
keberhasilan produksi batubara, baik untuk jangka pendek dan jangka panjang sehingga kelanjutan pertumbuhan perusahaan dapat tercipta. Hal ini dapat diwujudkan dengan tersedianya sumber daya manusia yang kompeten dalam bidangnya.
BUILDING OUR HUMAN CAPITAL

To create competent employees, Reswara has designed human resources development programs, either short-term or long-term oriented. They include the provision of training modules that are suited to the respective competencies of employees. In addition, Reswara has also designed the Graduate Development Program, to farm in the best graduates from leading universities in Indonesia.
For senior positions that could not be
filled through internal promotions,
Reswara recruits professionals from other coal mine companies and related industries.
Parallel to this, we have also developed the “APEX,” “Balanced Score” and “Key Performance Indicator” for business managers within our group; and implemented the 360-degree assessment program to identify the Group’s core values and leadership characteristics.
Untuk menciptakan karyawan-karyawan yang kompeten, maka Reswara telah membuat program pengembangan sumberdaya manusia, baik untuk orientasi jangka panjang dan jangka pendek. Diantaranya memberikan pelatihan-pelatihan sesuai dengan bidang kompetensi karyawan.
