UNVR:Contending with Lack of Catalysts What is New?
We cut our rating on Unilever Indonesia (UNVR) to Hold and lower the Price to Earning Ratio (PER) based TP to Rp7.750. The current dividend yield of 2.77% would likely provide some downside protection to its current share price.

Summarecon Agung (SMRA) membukukan
marketing sales Rp 3,3 triliun di 2020. Pendapatan pra-penjualan (marketing sales) PT Summarecon Agung Tbk (SMRA) sepanjang 2020 sebesar Rp 3,3 triliun. Sekretaris Perusahaan Summarecon Agung Jemmy Kusnadi mengungkapkan, marketing sales sepanjang 2020 lebih baik dibandingkan dengan revisi target yang pernah disampaikan yaitu Rp 2,5 triliun. Adapun target awal marketing sales 2020 adalah Rp 4,5 triliun. Melihat hal tersebut, Jemmy optimistis tahun ini kondisi akan membaik. "Kami memperkirakan tahun 2021 kondisi pasar properti akan lebih baik, namun pemulihannya masih akan bertahap," kata dia, Senin (11/1). Meski begitu, Summarecon Agung hingga saat ini masih menghitung target marketing sales 2021 sambil melihat kondisi di awal tahun. Di tahun ini, SMRA sudah merencanakan beberapa produk baru yang menarik. Jemmy berharap pemberlakuan pembatasan kegiatan masyarakat (PPKM) yang diterapkan kali ini dapat efektif dan signifikan menekan laju pandemi Covid-19. Hal ini supaya pemulihan dunia bisnis dapat segera terwujud. (Kontan)
