1 ABSTRACT
This research aims to see the level of employee’s compliance of logistic installation pharmacy in carrying out duties in accordance with the applicable procedures. This research also asseses the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of logistic installation pharmacy with five components of Committee of Sponsoring Organizations (COSO) in order to be a reference for management in achieving objectives in terms of internal control.
This research was conducted at the department of logistics installation pharmacy of RSUP Dr. Kariadi. Data analysis was made in a way of qualitative description from the result of interviews with key informants at the department of logistics installation pharmacy of RSUP Dr. Kariadi, SOP planning and procurement of pharmaceuticals, pharmaceutical acceptance, pharmaceutical storage, and distribution of pharmaceutical supplies from the warehouse pharmacy.
The results of this research showed that the logistics employees in carrying out their duties according to applicable SOP was appropriate even though there were still some things that need improvements. The results also showed that there are still COSO components that have not been fulfilled in the SOP logistics.
