ABSTRAK
Pendidikan Kesehatan Reproduksi merupakan suatu upaya yang dijalankan untuk menyelamatkan generasi bangsa di Indonesia. Namun sampai saat ini program pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi ini masih menimbulkan kontroversi dikalangan pendidik atau guru khususnya di Aceh karena sama dengan membuka aib orang tua dan bertentangan dengan kaidah agama Islam dan sosial kultural budaya Aceh.
Jenis penelitian ini adalah survey analitik dengan desain cross sectional yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pembentukan perilaku guru terhadap pemberian informasi kesehatan reproduksi pada siswa/i SMP. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 1, 2 dan 3 Ingin Jaya, melalui wawancara langsung dengan panduan kuesioner. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 45 orang dengan tehnik sampling secara nonprobability sampling yaitu secara purposif sampling. Analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat, analisis bivariat dengan uji chi-square, dan analisis multivariat dengan uji regresi logistik ganda.
Hasil penelitian dengan uji regresi logistik variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap perubahan perilaku guru terhadap pemberian informasi kesehatan reproduksi yaitu Pengetahuan Guru (p=0,030), Persepsi Guru (p=0,034), Dorongan (p=0,027) dan Motivasi (p=0,011). Variabel yang paling tinggi pengaruhnya yaitu pengetahuan (Exp B=97,263), Persepsi (Exp B=25,775), Dorongan (Exp B=23,569) dan motivasi (Exp B=73,447). Pemberian informasi kesehatan reproduksi diberikan dengan komprehensif, pengetahuan baik, persepsi negatif, dorongan positif dan motivasi yang positif mempunyai peluang untuk memberikan informasi kesehatan reproduksi kepada siswa/i sebesar 99,9%.
Saran bagi Kepala Sekolah SMP Negeri 1, 2 dan 3 Ingin Jaya agar lebih aktif memberikan pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi melalui guru yang memegang mata pelajaran IPS, Agama, Penjaskes dan Guru Bimbingan Konseling sehingga dapat memberikan pemahaman yang baik kepada siswa/i tentang pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi.

ABSTRACT
Education of reproduction health is an attempt to save the Indonesian generation. However, up to the present the educational program of reproduction health has caused controversial in educator or teachers circle, especially in Aceh, because the same by opening disgrace parents and contrary to the Islamic culture and cultural Aceh.
The type of the research was an analytic survey with cross sectional design which was aimed to analyze the influence of shaping teachers’ behavior on giving information about reproduction health to SMP students. The research was conducted at SMP Negeri 1, SMP Negeri 2, and SMP Negeri 3 Ingin Jaya, through interviews directly with guidelines questionnaire. The samples consisted of 45 respondents, taken by using non-probability sampling technique or purposive sampling technique. The data were analyzed by using univatriat and bivatriat analysis with chi square test and multuivatriat analysis with multiple logistic regression tests.
The result of the research, using logistic regression test, showed that the variables which influenced the change of teachers’ behavior in giving information about reproduction health were teachers’ knowledge (p=0.011), teachers’ perception (p=0.034), support (p=0.027), and motivation (p=0.011). The variables which had the most dominant influence on the change in teachers’ behavior in giving
information about reproduction health to students were knowledge (Exp β=97.263), perception (Exp β=25.775), support (Exp β=23.569), and perception motivation (Exp β=73.447). The information of reproduction health which was given
comprehensively, good knowledge, negative perception, and positive motivation had the possibility to give the information about reproduction health to students of 99.9%. It is recommended that the Principals of SMP Negeri 1, SMP Negeri 2, and SMP Negeri 3 Ingin Jaya actively provide education in reproduction health through teachers who teach IPS subjects, Religion, and Physical Exercise and teachers who take care of Counseling subject so that students can understand the education in reproduction health well.
