Study the recipe on pancake preparation and answer the following question in the space provided.
Pancake
Ingredients:
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup milk
• 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
• 1 large egg
Preparation:
1. Sift together the flour ,baking powder and sugar 2. Pour milk, egg and melted butter and mix until smooth. 3. Heat a lightly oiled frying pan on a medium heat.
4. Scoop the batter on the frying pan using approximately ¼ cup for each pancake.
