ABSTRACT
This study entitled "Analysis of Credit Demand On Micro and Small Enterprises in the district of Medan Johor". The purpose of this study was to determine whether labor, long effort and income affect demand for micro and small entrepreneurs to business credit. The data used is primary data, ie data obtained from employers who have micro and small businesses in the district of Medan Johor, through direct observation and interviews using a questionnaire (questionnaire).
In analyzing the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable econometric model used by regressing variables - variables that exist using multiple linear regression analysis. From the results of the regression, variable labor and the positive effect is statistically significant to variable business credit, business long variable positive and statistically significant to business credit, the income variable is statistically negative effect on variable business credit.
The result of the coefficient of determination (R2) indicates that the variable rate business credit as the dependent variable is able to be explained by variables - independent variable that is labor, the old business and revenue 90.8% while the remaining 9.2% is explained by other variables not included into the capital estimate. Overall test using F where F count (150.988)> F table (3.10), meaning that the variable labor, business and earnings old simultaneously significantly influence people's business credit demand
