Muhammad Fariz Ghazan 210203100001. “Healthy Living With AIA” Sebagai Program Corporate Social Responsibility PT AIA Financial Di Jonggol, Bogor. Dibawah bimbingan Fajar Syuderajat, S.Sos. Program Diploma III, Sub Program Studi Kehumasan. Fakultas Ilmu Komunikasi Universitas Padjajaran.
Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses manajemen PR dalam program CSR “Healthy Living With AIA”, seperti tahap perencanaan, implementasi, dan evaluasi dari “Healthy Living With AIA” sebagai program CSR PT AIA Financial.
Metode pendekatan yang digunakan adalah deskriptif, yaitu untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai kegiatan tersebut dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan studi kepustakaan.
Hasil penulisan menunjukan bahwa kegiatan PT. AIA Financial pada program CSR “Healthy Living With AIA” yang dilakukan oleh Corporate Communication PT. AIA Financial belum sepenuhnya memperhatikan proses kerja Public Relations, terutama pada perencanaan, Implementasi dan evaluasi.
Berdasarkan penulisan ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa program CSR “Healthy Living With AIA” di Jonggol, Bogor yang dilakukan oleh Corporate Communication PT AIA Financial, dengan memperhatikan proses kerja Public Relations, terdapat beberapa kekurangan seperti tidak dirumuskannya visi dan misi hingga tidak optimalnya evaluasi.

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the process of PR management in CSR program "Healthy Living with AIA", such as the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the "Healthy Living With AIA" as a CSR program PT AIA Financial.
The method used is descriptive approach, which is to get a picture of the activity using data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and library research.
The results showed that the activity of PT. AIA Financial in CSR program "Healthy Living With AIA" conducted by Corporate Communication PT. AIA has not fully pay attention to the process of how public relations work, especially in the planning, implementation and evaluation.
Based on this study it can be concluded that CSR program "Healthy Living With AIA" in Jonggol, Bogor conducted by Corporate Communication of PT AIA Financial, with attention to the process of public relations work, there are some drawbacks such as not up to the formulation of a vision and mission is not optimal evaluation.
