Penelitian ini membahas mengenai situs www.agoda.com sebagai jasa layanan informasi hotel bagi pengunjung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui aspek kognitif, aspek afektif, dan aspek konatif pengunjung terhadap situs www.agoda.com. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di 3 hotel yaitu Grand Serela Hotel, Grand Pasundan Convention Hotel, dan Topas Galeria Hotel. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, sedangkan populasinya adalah pengunjung situs www.agoda.com yang datang ke hotel untuk melakukan pemesanan hotel melalui situs www.agoda.com, pernah mengakses situs www.agoda.com lebih dari 3 kali, dan pernah memanfaatkan situs www.agoda.com lebih dari 3 kali dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel secara kebetulan (accidental sampling). Untuk pengambilan datanya dilakukan melalui angket, wawancara, observasi, dan studi kepustakaan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari segi aspek kognitif pengunjung dapat mencari dan mencerna informasi yang dibutuhkan serta informasi apa saja yang ditampilkan oleh situs www.agoda.com. Aspek afektif pengunjung dapat menerima respons dengan baik atas daya tarik yang diberikan oleh situs www.agoda.com mengenai hotel. Aspek konatif pengunjung menggunakan situs www.agoda.com hanya untuk kepentingan tertentu saja dan tidak berkepanjangan tergantung situasi dan kondisi dari pengunjung, dengan melihat adanya persaingan situs di seluruh dunia.
ii ABSTRACT
This study discusses about the site www.agoda.com as hotel information service for visitors. Purpose of this study was to determine the aspect of cognitive, affective, and conative www.agoda.com visitors to the site. This research conducted at the location of the hotel is 3, Grand Serela Hotel, Grand Pasundan Convention Hotel, and Topas Galeria Hotel. The research method used was descriptive quantitative, while the population is www.agoda.com site visitors who came to the hotel to make hotel reservations through www.agoda.com website, been access www.agoda.com site more than 3 times, and been use more than www.agoda.com site 3 times by using a sampling technique by accident (accidental sampling). For data retrieval is done through observation, interview, questionnaire, and literature study. Based on the results of the study in terms cognitive aspect showed that the visitors can explore and digest the information required as well as what kind of information displayed by the site www.agoda.com. In terms of affective aspect visitors will entering the more in-depth information, so that visitors can receive a good response with the appeal of provided by the site www.agoda.com about the hotel. In terms conative aspect visitors use the site just for a certain of business only, and not a prolonged depending on the circumstances of the visitors, as the view that there is competition sites around the world.
