In cl. 7.9.3.6 the identifier of the stored query is given as "urn:ogc:def:query:OGC-WFS::GetFeatureById". This is not

consistent with the OGCNA def-type register which has a storedQuery entry sourced from WFS 2.0 (also see guidelines in OGC 09-048r3). The "query" type pertains to CSW-ebRIM.
