Pada hari ini Kamis tanggal Delapan Belas bulan April tahun Dua Ribu Tiga

Belas, kami Panitia Pengadaan Barang / Jasa Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Malang,

melakukan addendum Dokumen Pengadaan (RKS) Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Belanja

Modal Peralatan dan Mesin Berupa Pengadaan Perangkat Pengolah Data dan

Komunikasi Pada Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Malang Tahun Anggaran 2013 Nomor :

W10.IMI.CC-PL.02.01-036 tanggal 11 April 2013 dengan mengingat hal-hal sebagai

berikut :

1. Perpres 54 Tahun 2010 tentang Pengadaan Barang / Jasa Pemerintah yang

terakhir diubah dengan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 70 Tahun 2012 beserta

petunjuk teknisnya ;

2. Perubahan ke I Harga Perkiraan Sendiri (HPS) tanggal 17 April 2013.

3. Berita Acara Pemberian Penjelasan Nomor : W10.IMI.CC-PL.02.01-038 tanggal,

18 April 2013.

Berdasarkan hal-hal tersebut diatas, Panitia Pengadaan Barang / Jasa Kantor Imigrasi

Kelas I Malang mengadakan addendum terhadap Dokumen Pengadaan (RKS) dimaksud

sebagai berikut:

(1) Nilai total HPS : Rp. 400.180.000,- (empat ratus juta seratus delapan puluh ribu
