PENENTUAN KADAR PROTEIN PAKAN AYAM PETELUR (RANSUM) DENGAN METODE KJEDHAL
ABSTRAK
Telah dilakukan penentuan kadar protein pakan ayam petelur (ransum) dengan metode Kjedhal. Ransum merupakan butiran kasar berwarna coklat muda. Sampel yang dianalisa adalah Ransum dari PT.SUCOFINDO jl.Jendral Gatot Subroto. Analisa ransum menggunakan indikator methilen Red dengan perubahan warna dari merah muda menjadi kuning. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh kadar protein pada sampel bungkil Kelapa(I) 24,22%, sampel sorgum (I)10,35%, sampel sorgum(II)10,56%, sampel jagung 9,15%, sampel bungkil kelapa (II) 20,01 sampel dedak(I) 13,26%, sampel dedak(II) 13,15%. Sesuai dengan syarat mutu pakan ayam petelur (ransum).
