SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERATING

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh System Quality, Information Quality dan Service Quality dengan Perceived Usefulness sebagai variabel moderating serta menguji dan menganalisis apakah variabel System Quality, Information Quality dan Service Quality berpengaruh secara simultan maupun secara parsial terhadap User Satisfaction SAP R/3 serta Perceived Usefulness sebagai variabel moderating mempengaruhi hubungan System Quality, Information Quality dan Service Quality terhadap User Satisfaction SAP R/3. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kausal. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan data secara primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada pegawai PT.Indosat Medan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT.Indosat Medan sebanyak 309 orang. Sampel penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 30 orang dengan menggunakan metode quota sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial System Quality tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap User Satisfaction SAP R/3, Information Quality dan Service Quality berpengaruh signifikan terhadap User Satisfaction SAP R/3 melalui uji faktor. Secara simultan System Quality, Information Quality dan Service Quality berpengaruh signifikan terhadap User Satisfaction SAP R/3. Dan hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa Perceived Usefulness bukan merupakan variabel moderating.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to test and analyze the influence of system quality, information quality, and service quality with perceived usefulness as moderating variable and to test and analyze whether or not the variables of system quality, information quality, and service quality simultaneously and partially had influence on user satisfaction of SAP R/3 and whether or not perceived usefulness as moderating variable had influence on the relationship between system quality, information quality, and service quality and user satisfaction of SAP R/3. The population of this study was all of the 309 employees of PT. Indosat Medan and 30 of them were selected to be the samples for this study through quota sampling technique. The data used in this causal study were the primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires to 30 employees of PT. Indosat Medan (the samples). The result of this study showed that partially system quality did not have a significant influence on user satisfaction of SAP R/3, and through factor test, information quality and service quality had a significant influence on user satisfaction of SAP R/3. Simultaneously, system quality, information quality, and service quality had a significant influence on user satisfaction of SAP R/3. The result of this study also showed that perceived usefulness was not a moderating variable.
