ABSTRACT
Occupational safety and health problems of women in the manufacturing industry is an very interesting topic.This study aims to analyze the influence of the safety and health of women employees working on the performance of the production operators in Batam. This research method uses an explanatory research with sampling techniques using purposive sampling. The sample was a woman who worked in the manufacturing sector. These results indicate first, that the safety and significant positive effect on the female employee production operator. While both studies showed that occupational health and significant positive effect on the female employee production operator. The results also show that the dominant influence of occupational health variable of 0,595 on employee performance.
