KESIMPULAN DAN SARAN
5.1 Kesimpulan
1. Mahasiswa calon Apoteker dapat mengetahui Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di RS Katolik St. Vincentius A Paulo (RKZ) Surabaya dalam praktik pelayanan kefarmasian di Rumah Sakit yang sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 72 tahun 2016 tentang Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Rumah Sakit, yang meliputi dua kegiatan, yaitu kegiatan yang bersifat manajerial berupa pengelolaan sediaan farmasi, alat kesehatan, dan bahan medis habis pakai, serta kegiatan pelayanan farmasi klinik.
2. Mahasiswa calon Apoteker mengetahui peran Apoteker di Rumah Sakit dalam pengelolaan sediaan farmasi, alat kesehatan, dan bahan medis habis pakai, meliputi peran pemilihan, perencanaan, pengadaan, penerimaan, penyimpanan, pendistribusian, pemusnahan, penarikan, pengendalian, dan administrasi.
3. Mahasiswa calon Apoteker mengetahui peran Apoteker di Rumah Sakit dalam kegiatan pelayanan farmasi klinik, yang meliputi pengkajian dan pelayanan resep, penelusuran riwayat penggunaan obat, rekonsiliasi obat, pelayanan informasi obat,
rekonsiliasi obat, konseling, visite, pemantauan terapi obat, monitoring efek samping obat, evaluasi penggunaan obat, dispensing sediaan steril, dan pemantauan kadar obat dalam darah.

5.2 Saran
Saran yang dapat diberikan setelah melaksanakan PKPA di RKZ Surabaya, antara lain:
1. Mahasiswa calon Apoteker dapat membekali diri mengenai peraturan perundangan-udangan tentang standar pelayanan kefarmasian sebelum melakukan PKPA, hal ini ditujukan agar mahasiswa dapat membandingkan kesesuaian antara peraturan perundang-undangan yang ada dengan pelaksanaan di Rumah Sakit.
2. Mahasiswa calon Apoteker lebih percaya diri dan berperan aktif selama melaksanakan PKPA.
3. Mahasiswa calon Apoteker dapat memanfaatkan kesempatan belajar di Rumah Sakit untuk membekali diri sebelum memasuki dunia kerja.
4. RKZ Surabaya berkenan untuk memberikan kesempatan kepada mahasiswa calon Apoteker untuk melaksanakan kegiatan PKPA (Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker), agar mahasiswa calon Apoteker mendapatkan gambaran nyata tentang pekerjaan kefarmasian di Rumah Sakit.
