THE GOVERNMENT OF THE KINGDOM OF DENMARK 'CONCERNTNG
MEMORANDUM BETWEEN
THE GOVERNMENT "OF THE REPUBLIC OF IND ONES IA . AND
THE GOVERNMENT OF' THE I<INGDOM OF' DENMARK
CONCERNING
CO-OPERATTON TN THE FIELD. OF HOUSING
This Memorandum expresses the Understanding of the
Govern-ment of the Republic of Indonesia and the Goverrunent of the
Kingdom of Derunark concerning Co-operation in the field of
housing to strengten the friendly relations between the two
countries.
The objective of the Co-operation shall be the contribution
of the Goverrunent of the Kingdom of Derunark in the fi e ld of
technical assistance to promote housing development
activi-ties in the Republic of Indonesia.
Article 2
The programmes of activities to be impleme nted under this
Memorandum shall be agreed upon by mutual consultation and
according to the prevailing laws and regulations of both
parti e s.

Article 3
The Government of the Republic of Indonesia is represented
for the purpose of this Memorandum by the State Minister
of Housing and the Government of the Kingdom of Denmark is
represented by the Danish Minister of Housing.
i ) . This Memorandum shall enter into force on the date
of its signature and remain in force for a period
of two (2) years and shall continue in force from
year to year thereafter unless its termination is
requested by either party upon notice in writing
three (3) months before the date of its termination.
( ii) . Any activities of technical assistance started prior
to the termination of the present Memorandum shall
remain subject to its provision after termination
until the completion of such activities.
DONE in Jakarta in duplicate, in the English language on
the 9th November, 1984.
