Abstract
This thesis entitled "Management Effectiveness www.disparbud.jabarprov.go.id Website For Tourism Resources in West Java.". The problem in this study is the emergence of a variety of communication media to facilitate activities related to the promotion, the media is one of the internet which is a new communication medium that is widely used. The method used in this study is the descriptive research method with a quantitative approach. Data was collected with the primary data collection through dissemination of questionnaires and interviews in the field, as well as secondary data collection through literature study. The population in this study is a member (user) are listed on the website www.disparbud.jabarprov.go.id until May 20, 2013, was recorded, as many as 1,215 the number of members of the user (users), with a purposive sampling technique sampling, sample found as many as 43 samples.
Respondents about the audience (audience) (X1) is high, the number of respondents were 29 people or 67.4% while the least belong in the category of low that as many as 2 people or 4.7% .. Respondents about the content of the message (content) (X2) is high, the number of respondents is 38 people or 88.4% while the least belong in the category of low that as many as 2 people or 4.7%. Respondents about the two-way communication (interactivity) (X3) is high, the number of respondents is 39 people or 90.6% while the least belong in the category of low and medium respectively as 2 people or 4.7%. (usability) (X4) is high, the number of respondents is 28 people or 65.1% while the least belong in the category of low that as many as 2 people or 4.7%. Respondents about
innovation (innovation) (X5) is high, the number of respondents is 31 people or 72.1% while the least belong in the category of low that as many as 2 people or 4.7%.
