ABSTRAK
Fitria Apni Ariesta S, 210103110247, “TugasFloor Director Dalam Produksi Program Show Imah di Trans TV, dibawah bimbingan Encang Saefudin SS., M.Si., . Program Diploma III Fakultas Ilmu Komunikasi, Pendidikan Ahli Komunikasi Terapan (PAKT) Sub Program Studi Penyiaran Universitas Padjajaran.
Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, tugas floor director pada produksi program Show Imah di Trans TV. Tugas floor director tersebut meliputi pra produksi, proses produksi, dan pasca produksi.
Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif, dimana metode deskriptif adalah untuk membuat gambaran terhadap objek yang diteliti. Dengan teknik pengumpulan data, yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka.
Berdasarkan hasil observasi yang telah dilakukan, bahwa tugas floor director pada saat pra produksi adalah memastikan penonton sudah datang dan masuk ke dalam studio, melakukan pengecekan terhadap tata dekorasi, plot lighting, blocking kamera dan tata audio telah siap, mengecek kesiapan seluruh pengisi acara. Kemudian tugas FD pada saat proses produksi berlangsung adalah memberikan aba-aba kepada seluruh pengisi acara dan melaporkan apa yang terjadi di lapangan kepada program director dan produser. Dan terakhir tugas FD pada saat pasca produksi adalah melakukan evaluasi bersama satu tim produksi dan sesama FD yang bertugas ini dilakukan agar tidak terjadi kesalahan yang sama pada saat shooting berlangsung.

The method used is descriptive method, in which the descriptive method is to create a picture of the object under study. With the techniques of data collection, observation, interviews, and literature.
Based on observations that have been made, that the duty floor director during pre-production is to make sure the audience had come and get into the studio, to check the layout decoration, lighting plots, blocking the camera and the audio system has been prepared, check the readiness of the performers . Then the FD task during the production process takes place is to give the cue to all the performers and report what happens on the field to the program director and producer . And the last task of the FD at the time was to evaluate post-production with the production team and fellow FD duty is done to avoid the same mistakes when shooting took place.
