PROFIL PEMENUHAN STANDAR PRAKTIK KEFARMASIAN BEBERAPA APOTEK DI KOTA MEDAN
ABSTRAK
Selama bertahun-tahun praktik profesi apoteker di Indonesia jauh dari interaksi dengan pasien. Apotek seharusnya dipercaya sebagai tempat pelayanan kefarmasian, namun sampai saat ini masih merupakan tempat penjualan obat sebagai komoditi. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan tingkat kehadiran apoteker yang sangat minim. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat pemenuhan standar praktik kefarmasian beberapa apotek di kota Medan, sebagai dasar pembinaan dan pengawasan.
Penelitian ini bersifat cross-sectional dengan metode survei kepada apoteker di kota Medan. Kuesioner dibagikan secara langsung ke 100 apoteker di apotek di kota Medan. Data merupakan identitas dan pilihan responden terhadap 2 atau 3 deskripsi tingkat pemenuhan standar praktik, dengan skala tiga poin yaitu 0, 2, dan 4 pada setiap elemen standar. Kriteria pemenuhan standar praktik ditentukan berdasarkan poin kumulatif hasil penilaian tingkat pemenuhan standar praktik sebagai berikut, sangat baik: ≥150; baik: ≥130; cukup: ≥110; kurang: ≥80; bawah standar: ≥60; tidak layak: ≥40 dan sangat tidak layak: <40.
Hasil survei menunjukkan bahwa profil pemenuhan standar praktik kefarmasian beberapa apotek di kota Medan saat ini adalah sebagai berikut: hasil rerata poin kumulatif tingkat pemenuhan standar praktik sebesar 72,04 termasuk dalam kriteria bawah standar, dengan kisaran poin kumulatif 14-148, terdiri dari kriteria bawah standar 25%, kurang 47%, cukup 14% dan baik 14%. Dua puluh tiga persen apotek paling banyak menerima 5 resep per hari dan 21,15% apotek paling tinggi mempunyai omset Rp.1.000.000,- per hari. Total kuesioner yang kembali adalah 52 kuesioner, 73,1% perempuan, 34,62% pegawai negeri sipil, berasal dari 6 perguruan tinggi farmasi, 57,69% merupakan milik PSA perorangan, 15,38% sekaligus bertindak sebagai pemilik modal, 69,22% tidak setiap hari hadir di apotek, 78,85% APA mempunyai pekerjaan lain selain APA di apotek, secara statistik jenis pekerjaan lain tidak mempengaruhi profil pemenuhan standar praktik (P > 0,1), 44,23% APA tersebut merupakan generasi muda alumnus 2001-2010, 69,23% paling tinggi mempunyai imbalan Rp.2.000.000,- per bulan, dan 44,23% responden mengharapkan imbalan di atas Rp. 2.000.000,- hingga Rp. 5.000.000,-.

PROFILE OF PHARMACEUTICAL PRACTICE STANDARD COMPLIANCE OF PHARMACIES IN MEDAN
ABSTRACT
For many years, the practice of pharmacy profession in Indonesia is far away from interactions with patients. Pharmacy should be believed as a place of pharmaceutical care, but until now it still the place of selling drugs as a commodity. It is showed by the minimal attendance of the pharmacist. The purpose of this study was to determine standard compliance profile level of pharmacy practice at pharmacy in Medan, as the basic for guidance and supervision.
The study was conducted with cross-sectional by survey method to pharmacists in Medan. Questionnaire was distributed directly to 100 pharmacists at pharmacy in Medan. Data is the respondent's identity and choices of 2 or 3 three-point description of practice standard compliance, with scale of 0, 2, and 4 on each element of the standard. The criteria of practice standard compliance is determined by cumulative points of practice standard compliance assessments, excellent: ≥ 150; good: ≥ 130; enough: ≥ 110; less: ≥ 80; below standard: ≥ 60; inappropriate: ≥ 40 and very inappropriate: <40.
The survey results show that profile of pharmaceutical practice standard compliance of pharmacies in Medan at this time are such as: cumulative points of practice standard compliance valuation mean is 72,04 shows below standard criteria, with a cumulative points in 14-148 range, consisting the standard criteria of 25%, less 47%, enough 14% and good 14%. Twenty three percent pharmacies accept maximum 5 prescriptions each day and 21.15% pharmacies have maximum Rp. 1.000.000,- profit each day. Total questionnaires which collected are 52, 73.1% are female, 34.62% are civil employees, graduated from 6 different university, 57.69% of the pharmacy owned by individual owner, 15.38% pharmacies act as owners at the same time, 69.22% isn’t present every day in the pharmacy, 78.85% have another occupation beside as pharmacies, statistically different type of work does not affect practice standard compliance profile (P > 0.1), 44.23% was graduated about 2001-2010, 69.23% have maximum of Rp. 2,000,000.00 salary each month, and 44.23% wish to have salary each month from Rp. 2,000,000.00 to Rp. 5,000,000.00
