ABSTRAK
MELATI ANGRIANI : Pengaruh Pemberian Bahan Organik Terhadap Sifat Kimia Tanah Entisol dan Produksi Bawang Merah Di Desa Celawan Kec. Pantai Cermin Kab. Serdang Bedagai, dibimbing oleh Ir. Supriadi, M.S. dan Ir. Bintang Sitorus, M.P.
Penelitian ini dilaksanakan Di Desa Celawan Kecamatan Pantai Cermin Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai dan Analisis tanah dilakukan di Laboratorium Analitik PT. Nusa Pusaka Kencana pada bulan Juli 2016.
Percobaan ini didesain dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok 1 faktorial yang terdiri dari 1 faktor dan 3 ulangan. Dimana faktornya adalah pemberian bahan organik yang dibagi atas perlakuan pupuk kandang ayam, pupuk
kandang kambing, pupuk kandang sapi, kompos tandan kosong kelapa sawit (TKKS), urine kambing dan urine sapi. Parameter yang diamati adalah pH
H2O tanah, kadar C-Organik, Nitrogen-Total, Fosfor (P) –Tersedia, Kalium dipertukarkan (K-dd) tanah dan produksi bawang merah.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemberian bahan organik berupa Pupuk kandang ayam, pupuk kandang kambing, pupuk kandang sapi, kompos
TKKS, urine kambing, urine sapi meningkatkan kadar C-Organik, Nitrogen-Total, Fosfor (P) – tersedia, Kalium dipertukarkan (K-dd) tanah.
Kata kunci : bahan Organik, bawang Merah, sifat kimia tanah, tanah entisol.

MELATI ANGRIANI : The Effect of Organic Matters Application to The Soil Chemical Properties of Entisol and The Red Onions Production in Desa Celawan Kecamatan Pantai Cermin Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai. supervised by Ir. Supriadi, MS. and Ir. Bintang Sitorus, MP.
This research was conducted in Desa Celawan Kecamatan Pantai Cermin Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai and had been analyzed in PT. Nusa Pusaka Kencana Analytical Laboratorium on July 2016.
This research was designed by using Randomized Block Design with 1 factor and 3 replications. The factor was organic matters application, consist of chicken manure, goat manure, cow manure, oil palm empty fruit bunch compost, goat urine, and cow urine. Parameters observed were soil H2O pH, organic-C, total-N, available-P, exchangeable-K, and onions production.
The results showed that the application of chicken manure, goat manure, cow manure, oil palm empty fruit bunch compost, and goat urine increased organic-C, total-N, available-P, and exchangeable-K.
