KATA PENGANTAR

Publikasi Statistik Industri Besar dan Sedang Tahun 2010 ini merupakan rangkaian dari publikasi sebelumnya mengenai industri pengolahan yakni Direktori Industri Besar dan Sedang Tahun 2010. Data yang disajikan dalam penerbitan ini mencakup data industri pengolahan golongan besar dan sedang di seluruh wilayah Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta keadaan tahun 2010. Jenis data yang disajikan meliputi jumlah perusahaan, status penanaman modal, jumlah pekerja, pengeluaran untuk pekerja, biaya input, nilai output, nilai tambah, dan penggunaan listrik serta bahan bakar.

Kami berharap semoga publikasi hasil survei tahunan perusahaan industri besar dan sedang tahun 2010 ini dapat melengkapi informasi mengenai industri pengolahan dan bermanfaat bagi pengguna data.

PREFACE

The 2010 Large and Medium Manufacturing Statistics publication is a continuation of the previous publication namely The 2010 Directory of Large and Medium Manufacturing. The data presented in this publication refer to the active large and medium manufacturing industries in 2010 and cover all large and medium manufacturing establishments (Census) in Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. The types of data published refer to the number of establishment, capital status, number of workers, cost of workers, input value, output value, value added at market price and value added at factor cost, and also electricity and fuel used by industry.

We hope this publication will give more detailed and up to date information about manufacturing sector and useful for the data user.

We appreciate and thanks to all participants, especially to the industrialists who have given information for large and medium industries survey, so this publication can be published.

PENJELASAN UMUM

I. PENDAHULUAN

Secara umum, data Industri Besar dan Sedang pada tahun 2010 yang dikumpulkan

oleh BPS sama dari tahun-tahun

sebelumnya.

Sektor industri khususnya industri besar dan sedang berperan cukup besar

dalam penyerapan tenaga kerja,

pembentukan nilai tambah dan sumbangan terhadap Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB). Terutama industri besar, kelompok ini berpeluang membentuk nilai tambah yang besar karena cenderung menggunakan teknologi yang intensif dan padat modal. Untuk melihat dan mengevaluasi

keadaan yang telah dicapai dalam

pembangunan sektor industri, BPS Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta secara periodik setiap

tahun melaksanakan Survei Tahunan

Perusahaan IBS secara lengkap (sensus) dan menyajikan hasilnya dalam bentuk buku publikasi. Publikasi data hasil survei industri yang secara rutin telah diterbitkan oleh BPS Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta adalah:

GENERAL EXPLANATION

I. INTRODUCTION

Generally, during 2010 large and medium manufacturing industry same as the years ago.

Manufacturing sector, especially large and medium scale industry has a significant role to encourage for member of workers absorption and contribution to Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP). Mainly large manufacturing scale, they tend to high capital and intensive technology.

In order to monitor the development of industrial sector, BPS-Statistics of Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta needs to conduct survey on Large and Medium Manufacturing Industrial Establishment and presents the result of this survey periodically. The result of industrial survey is presented in 3 (tree) publications:

1. The Large and medium Manufacturing

Directory, consist of name, address,

good produced, numbers of workers and contact persons of IBS for regency/city region

Statistics, consists of aggregate data on

the number of establishments, capital

produksi utama, jumlah tenaga kerja dan nama penghubung (contact person)

dari IBS yang dirinci menurut

kabupaten/kota

2. Buku Statistik Industri Besar dan

Sedang, berisi tabel-tabel agregatif

mengenai jumlah perusahaan, status penanaman modal, jumlah tenaga kerja, pengeluaran untuk tenaga kerja, tenaga listrik, bahan bakar yang digunakan, biaya antara, output, nilai tambah dan lain-lain.

3. Buku Indikator Industri Besar dan

Sedang, berisi tabel-tabel mengenai

perkembangan jumlah perusahaan,

produktivitas tenaga kerja, rata-rata upah tenaga kerja, komposisi biaya antara, komposisi nilai output, intensitas tenaga kerja, gross margin, efisiensi dan lain-lain.

II. RUANG LINGKUP

Perusahaan Industri yang dicakup dalam Survei Industri Besar dan Sedang adalah semua perusahaan Industri Besar dan Sedang yang berada di wilayah Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Survei ini dilaksanakan secara rutin setiap tahun untuk memperoleh data berkala dan

II. COVERAGE

The industrial establishments which are covered in large and medium manufacturing Surveys are all establishment located in Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. This survey is enumerated annually during April to June to obtain regularly and continuously data. In order to get the latest data and to

berkesinambungan, yang pelaksanaannya pada bulan April sampai dengan Juni. Dalam memperoleh data yang terbaru dan untuk memantau perubahan yang terjadi, terlebih dahulu dilakukan updating tahunan direktori perusahaan pada bulan

Desember sampai dengan Februari.

Petugas melakukan pengecekan ke

perusahaan yang informasinya berasal dari instansi-instansi terkait. Bersamaan dengan kegiatan itu juga dilakukan pencatatan bagi IBS yang ditemui di lapangan.

III. KLASIFIKASI INDUSTRI

Klasifikasi industri yang digunakan dalam survei industri ini adalah klasifikasi yang berdasar kepada INTERNATIONAL

STANDARD INDUSTRIAL CLASSIFICATION OF ALL ECONOMIC ACTIVITIES (ISIC), yang

telah disesuaikan dengan kondisi di Indonesia dengan nama KLASIFIKASI BAKU LAPANGAN USAHA INDONESIA Tahun 2009 (KBLI 2009).

Walaupun demikian, kode lapangan usaha dari suatu perusahaan pada KLUI baru ini masih ditentukan berdasarkan produksi utamanya, yaitu jenis komoditi yang dihasilkan dengan nilai terbesar.

III. INDUSTRIAL CLASSIFICATION

The industrial classification adopted in the manufacturing industry survey is the third revision of INTERNATIONAL STANDARD

INDUSTRIAL CLASSIFICATION OF ALL

ECONOMIC ACTIVITIES (ISIC) based on the 2009 local conditions in Indonesia (so called the KLASIFIKASI BAKU LAPANGAN USAHA

INDONESIA Tahun 2009 or KBLI 2009).

The main product of the establishment

determines the ISIC of a certain

establishment. This main product is the highest value (in rupiahs) of all items

manufactured by an establishment.

However, if a certain manufacturing

Apabila suatu perusahaan industri menghasilkan 2 jenis komoditi atau lebih dengan nilai yang sama maka produksi utama adalah komoditi yang dihasilkan dengan kuantitas terbesar.

IV. KONSEP DAN DEFINISI

Industri Pengolahan adalah suatu

unit/kesatuan produksi yang terletak pada suatu tempat tertentu yang melakukan kegiatan ekonomi, bertujuan untuk mengubah suatu barang secara mekanik, kimia, atau dengan tangan, sehingga menjadi benda/barang/produk baru yang nilainya lebih tinggi, dan sifatnya lebih dekat kepada konsumen akhir. Termasuk dalam kegiatan ini adalah perusahaan yang melakukan kegiatan jasa industri dan pekerjaan perakitan.

Jasa Industri Pengolahan adalah kegiatan industri yang melayani pesanan pihak lain. Pada kegiatan ini bahan baku disediakan oleh pihak lain. Sedangkan

pihak pengolah hanya melakukan

pengolahannya dengan mendapat imbalan sejumlah uang atau barang sebagai balas jasa (upah makloon), misalnya perusahaan

IV. CONCEPT AND DEFINITION

Manufacturing industry is defined as

economic activities of production unit in the fix location, which process basic goods mechanically, chemically and manually to get higher value of goods and closer to final user. This activity includes establishment

engaged in industrial services and

assembling.

Services of manufacturing industry are

defined as activities, which serve the order from others. The raw materials are supplied by the orders, while the industry process the raw materials and get the compensation. For example of garment industry makes clothes with the raw materials given from the order and the products will be owned by the order.

Industrial establishment is defined as a

production unit engaging in economic activity produces goods or services, located in a building or in a certain location and has administration record about production and

Perusahaan/Usaha Industri adalah

suatu unit (kesatuan) usaha yang melakukan kegiatan ekonomi, bertujuan menghasilkan barang atau jasa, terletak pada suatu bangunan atau lokasi tertentu, dan mempunyai catatan administrasi tersendiri mengenai produksi dan struktur biaya serta ada seorang atau lebih yang bertanggung jawab atas usaha tersebut.

Industri Besar adalah industri yang

mempunyai tenaga kerja 100 orang atau lebih.

Industri Sedang adalah industri yang

mempunyai tenaga kerja antara 20-99 orang.

Industri Kecil adalah industri yang

mempunyai tenaga kerja 5-19 orang.

Industri Rumah Tangga adalah

industri yang mempunyai tenaga kerja antara 1-4 orang.

Penggolongan Sektor Industri

Pengolahan hanya didasarkan jumlah

tenaga kerja yang bekerja pada

perusahaan Industri, tanpa

memperhatikan besarnya modal,

menggunakan mesin tenaga atau tidak,

structure cost, and has a person or more that have responsibility for those activities.

Large Manufacturing is defined as a

manufacturing establishment that has 100 workers or more.

Medium Manufacturing is defined as a

manufacturing establishment that has 20 to 99 workers.

Small Manufacturing is defined as a

manufacturing establishment that has 5 to 19 workers.

Household Manufacturing is defined

as a manufacturing establishment that has 1 to 4 workers.

This classification is based on the numbers of person engaged and not based on the number of assets owned, using machinery and also has legal status.

Output is defined as total values of all

processed goods which include production electricity sold, industrial services, profits, and change in stocks and others income.

Intermediate Cost is defined as

intermediate cost of the manufacturing, which consist of raw materials and supporting materials, electricity, building rent, etc.

Employment Cost is defined as

compensation for workers in term of money

ataupun status badan hukumnya.

Output adalah nilai keluaran dari

proses industri yang berupa barang yang dihasilkan, tenaga listrik yang dijual, jasa industri, selisih nilai stok barang setengah jadi, dan penerimaan lainnya.

Biaya Antara adalah biaya antara

dalam proses industri yang berupa bahan baku, bahan bakar, barang lainnya di luar bahan baku/bahan penolong, sewa gedung, dan lainnya.

Balas Jasa Tenaga Kerja adalah

semua pembayaran yang diterima Tenaga Kerja/ karyawan dalam bentuk uang maupun barang, iuran dana jaminan sosial, dana kesejahteraan pegawai, iuran dana pensiun, tunjangan keluarga, asuransi kesehatan dan sejenisnya untuk keperluan tenaga kerja/karyawan.

Nilai Tambah Bruto adalah nilai

output perusahaan dikurangi dengan biaya antara.

Produktivitas adalah besarnya nilai

output dibagi dengan banyaknya tenaga kerja.

Tingkat Efisiensi adalah rasio input/biaya antara terhadap output.

V. METODOLOGI

Unit Pencacahan Survei Industri

Besar dan Sedang adalah seluruh

perusahaan Industri Besar dan Sedang baik Kantor Pusat maupun Cabang yang

merupakan perusahaan tersendiri.

Pencacahan survei ini dilakukan secara

lengkap (complete enumeration).

Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara

memberikan daftar isian kepada

perusahaan disertai pula penjelasan tentang tata tertib dan tata cara pengisian daftar oleh Koordinator Statistik Kecamatan (KSK) atau Petugas yang ditunjuk oleh Badan Pusat Statistik. Data yang disajikan pada publikasi ini adalah hasil pengolahan Badan Pusat Statistik Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta melalui proses entry data dari daftar isian (questioner) yang telah diperiksa dan diperbaiki, serta pengolahan data dengan program SPSS.

V. METHODOLOGY

The enumeration unit of large and medium manufacturing survey are all large and medium manufacturing establishments both for head office or branch office, which is an independence establishment. This

enumeration conducted by complete

enumeration. The data are collected by giving the questioner to the establishment along with explanation for filling the questioner by statistical officer of BPS. The data that presented in this publication are as a result of data processing in BPS-Statistic of Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta by using software of SPSS.
