Alhamdulillah Rabbil Alamin, Praise is merely to the Almighty Allah SWT for the
gracious mercy and tremendous blessing that enables to the writer to accomplish this report
entitled : An Internship Report at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Branch of Barru.
This report is presented to fulfill one of the requirements in accomlishing D-3 Degree in
Business English Study Program, Languages and Literature Faculty, State University of
Makassar.
The greatest and appreciation would be finally dedicated to her beloved parents, her
father Bambang Hendrarto and her mother A. Sumarni, it is truly undundoubted that loves,
cares, spirits, motivations, patience and willingness to wait for her graduation and timeless
prayers during the days and nights are everything for her. Her sincere thanks and love are also
dedicated to beloved sister Dinda Adelia Putri and her beloved brother Imam Darmadi. She
also addressed her thanks to her family’s intern, her aunt Evie Sartika Razak and her uncle
Bripka Ahmad. Thank you so much from her deepest heart to you all.
Then, the writer would like to express her special appreciation and thanks to her
academic advisor, Seny Luhriyani S.Kom., MT., for her valuable assistance guidance,
correction and inspiration since manuscript until completing of this report.
The deepest thanks are also addressed to Dr. Syarifuddin Dollah, M.Pd., the Dean of
Languages and Literature Faculty, Drs. Sahril M.Hum., the Head of English Department,
Muh. Tahir, S.Pd., M.Pd., M.Ed.EREA., the Head of Business English Study Program, and
also to all lecturers and administrative staffs who have guided and helped her from beginning
until the end of her study.
The writer also takes this opportunity say thanks to PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia
(Persero) Tbk, Triwidiatmoko as the Leader BRI Branch of Barru, who has given the writer
permission to do her internship. Mif apmijaya as mentors and all employees BRI Branch of
Barru, who help the writer during her internship.
She would also say thanks to big family of Business English Class A 2013 and for her
best friend Arini Amin, Dian Anggraeni, and Saarah Umar and also for her boyfriend Bripda
Robby Dewantara, thank you so much for being such a great companion for the writer.
The writer realized that this report is still far from perfect, therefore constructive
