In response to the corporate internal memo about Ubud vacation, these are the recommendations for flight, transportation in Bali, hotel in Ubud, and Itinerary.
The traveling parties are consisted of 15 people. There are five families and each of the family is consisted of three people.
The chosen flight is Air Asia QZ 7156 because Air Asia has a great service and a comfortable flight; besides, it doesn’t cost too much money. Air Asia has a quite cheap price if it’s compared with other flights. The flight detail information is on Appendix-02.
The transportation will be used in Bali is Toyota Kijang Innova because it has six seats, so it will give a comfortable trip for the traveling parties and it has lower price than the other cars. The transportation detail information is on Appendix-03.
The group will stay at hotel Rijasa Agung because it provides good services and it also has a great view that is caused by its position. It is located in a mountain hillside above the banks of the sacred Ayung River. Besides all the comfortable things, Rijasa Agung cost less than other hotel in Ubud. The hotel detail information is on Appendix-04.
