ABSTRAK
Pendahulua: Sirosis hati merupakan keadaan patologis dimana hati mengalami kerusakan dan fungsinya sangat terganggu, serta menggambarkan stadium akhir fibrosis hepatik yang berlangsung progresif. Di Indonesia, sirosis hati dengan
komplikasinya merupakan masalah kesehatan yang masih sulit diatasi.
Metode Penelitian: Penelitian analitik dengan jenis studi cross sectional sampel kasus adalah semua pasien yang didiagnosa sirosis hati dan dirawat inap. Pengambilan data dengan pencatatan data rekam medis. Data dianalisa dengan uji Kruskal Wallis dan di lanjutkan dengan analisa Post Hoc.
Hasil Penelitian: Jumlah penderita sirosis hati tahun 2014 sebanyak 130 orang. Kelompok kasus penderita terbanyak adalah laki-laki (73,1%) berusia 52 tahun, etiologi tersering adalah hepatitis B (65,4%), pasien yang memiliki komplikasi <3 adalah (92,3%), dengan skor terbanyak adalah skor Child Pugh B (56,2%).
Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan yang bermakna secara statistik antara skor Child Pugh dengan komplikasi pada penderita sirosis hati.

ABSTRACT
Introduction: Cirrhosis of the liver is a pathological condition in which the liver is damaged and its function is impaired, as well as describe the final stage of hepatic fibrosis which takes place progressively. In Indonesia, with its complications of liver cirrhosis is a health problem that is difficult to overcome. Method: Analytical research with cross sectional study types. sample cases were all patients diagnosed with liver cirrhosis and hospitalized. Retrieval of data by recording medical records. Data were analyzed with the kruskal wallis test and continue with a post hoc analysis.
Result: Number of patients with liver cirrhosis in 2014 as many as 130 people. Case group most patients were male (73.1%) aged 52 years, is the most common etiology of hepatitis B (65.4%), patients who have complications <3 was (92.3%), with the highest score is the score child pugh B (56.2%).
Conclution: There is a statistically significant relationship between child pugh score with complications in patients with liver cirrhosis.
