Abstract
Prambanan temple is one of the relics of the ancestors of the famous Indonesia to foreign countries . An understanding of the Prambanan temple is listed in the curriculum of the course lectures History Faculty Teaching and Education Christian University of Satya Wacana as an ancient Indonesian history courses. However, the teaching-learning process includes only texts and pictures as media for the students. Therefore, a new teaching-learning media based on interactive multimedia needs to be designed, which presents texts, pictures, videos, audios and animations. The method used in designing the Historical Legacy of Hindhu Learning Media is the prototype model. Using this media as a learning tool, the students will be able to obtain more information about the temple and hopefully will help them in their study.

Abstrak
Candi Prambanan merupakan salah satu peninggalan nenek moyang bangsa Indonesia yang terkenal sampai ke manca negara. Pemahaman tentang Candi Prambanan terdapat pada kurikulum program studi Sejarah FKIP Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana untuk mata kuliah sejarah Indonesia kuno. Namun dalam kegiatan perkuliahan, mahasiswa hanya mendapat media belajar berupa teks dan gambar, sehingga perlu dirancang suatu media pembelajaran berbasis multimedia interaktifyang di dalamnya berisi teks, gambar, video, suara, dan animasi. Metode yang dipakai dalam merancang Media Pembelajaran Candi Prambanan berbasis Multimedia adalah prototype model. Dengan adanya media pembelajaran ini, mahasiswa akan mendapatkan informasi seputar Candi Prambanan yang diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat dalam perkuliahan.
