i Abstrak
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbedaan self-efficacy akademik antara kelas Afirmasi dan kelas Reguler di SMA Negeri 1 Serui. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala self-efficacy Bandura (1997). Sebanyak 111 siswa yang di ambil sebagai sampel yaitu 51 siswa kelas Afirmasi dan 60 siswa kelas Reguler dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisa data yang dipakai adalah teknik uji-t diperoleh t=9,997 dengan p=0,000 karena nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (p<0,05). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan self-efficacy akademik siswa kelas Afirmasi dan siswa kelas Reguler.

The purpose of this study was to determine differences in academic self-efficacy between
Affirmation classes and Regular classes at SMAN 1 Serui. The method used in this study is
quantitative research. Measuring instruments used in this study is the scale of self-efficacy by
Bandura (1997).There are 111 totals of the students were taken as a sample, 51 students from
affirmation classes and 60 students Regular classes, using in purposive sampling technique.
Data analysis technique that used in this study is the technique of the t-test is obtained t = 9.997
and p = 0.000 for significance value of 0.000 (p <0.05). The results show that there are
differences in academic self-efficacy for students from Regular classes and students from
Affirmation classes.
