Introduction: Since neurologic deficit will reduce quality of life, brain metastasis (BM) from the breast cancer (BC) is associated with poor prognosis. Immunohistochemical (IHC) staining against progesterone, estrogen, and human epidermal growth factor 2 (HER2) have been used to classified tumor subtypes which might be related to BM from BC.

Treatment with OAE old group such as phenytoin (PHT), carbamazepine (CBZ), and valproic acid (VPA) had
metabolic effects in- cluding alteration on lipid and lipoprotein (a) [Lp (a)] levels. Increasing of Lp(a) levels
more than 30mg/dl was a risk factor of atherosclerosis.
