ABSTRACT
This clothes with heat pump dryer study was based in order to design dryer which can be used not only at sunny day but rainy day also, because drying process was done by sunshine and wind. Uncertain weather will be have impact on product quality. Highly moisture as a result less heat to decrease moisture will increase microbe population. So, we design a dryer to optimize this drying product. Heat pump with heat excanger can be used as a dryer. This research was made in order to study about Coefficient of performance (COP) is 5,03, Total Performance (TP) is 7,79, and air temperature, , air temperatur for air velocity 0,3 m/s verrieved : T1 is 50oC, T2 is 47,72oC, T3
is 33,71oC, T4 is 16oC, T5 is 29,60oC, air temperatur for air velocity 0,5
m/s verrieved : T1 is 50oC, T2 is 48,89oC, T3 is 26,56oC, T4 is 16oC, T5 is
37,84oC, air temperatur for air velocity 0,7 m/s verrieved : T1 is 50oC, T2
is 48,98oC, T3 is 23,53oC, T4 is 16oC, T5 is 41,33oC. So that after it can do
make drying machine product.
