The purposes of this study were (1) to develop CMI (Computer Managed lnstructional) for the management of
an integrated science-based practicum laboratory with a focus on service and value systems, (2) toovercome the
problems that occured in practice management through collaboration between faculty and students, so that all
parties could mutually benefit (reciprocity
of
benefits), and (3). To develop the design and implementation ofstrategies in an integrated lab-based science laboratory database as input to the development of CMI'The results of the study are (1-) The carrying capacity of a computer-based information systems was still very low to be used

also
be
arranged

to

develop an integratedmanagement practicum laboratory-based science
with a
focus
on
serviceand value
systems, (2)address
the
problems
that
occurred
in
themanagement
practice
through
collaboration between faculty and students, so that everyone canreap
the
reciprocityof
benefits,(3)
develop thedesign
and
implementation
of
strategiesin
anintegrated lab-based science laboratory on the basis
of the data as input for the development of CM l, (a)
an
inventory
of
the
constraintsthat
exist
as
amaterial
consideration
for
reflection
andimplementation of subsequent research.
Research
for
the
development
of
CMI
forimprovement quality and administrative processes
in
an integrated lab-based science lab provides apositive
contribution both
from the
aspect
ofmatter (content) that can be seen from the material
and
tutorial
system throughthe
lnternet, methodsand approaches using communication technology
that is easily accessible, the evaluation system more quickly and efficiently, and come out in the form of student independence, which is directly related to
quality
improvementin an
integratedlab
-basedscience
laboratories
in
both
the
practical
andtheoretical level [5].

Research for the development of CMI for quality
improvement
and
administrative processesin
anintegrated Iab-based science lab provides a positive
contribution
both from
the
aspect
of
matter (content)that
can be seenfrom the
material andtutorial system through the lnternet, methods and
approaches using communication technology that is
easily
accessible,the
evaluation system
morequickly and efficiently, and come out in the form of

quality improvement

the
practical
andtheoretical level.

of
this research,to

process

developing
learningmaterials development model oriented contextual
approach

consistsof four

design,development and deployment.

must
be
taken
in
its
approachto
R&D, namely"Research

collecting, develop a preliminaryform

and dissemination and implementation".

produce a product ready to be used at the classlevel

Results And Discussion
Planning
stage

product
development accordingto

the framework of CMIlaboratory [6]. The development is carried

study
is fully
started
and
is
basedon

humanlanguage into omputer/machines.
While some support software used are :
Notepad

software for writing programs.Adobe Dreamweaver, the software for the

the

The whole process
of
making and developmentplanning program based
on
the
results compiledand adapted to the requirements formulated in the
basic objectives
of
this
study. The resultsof
the development of the program in the form of a web-based application program whose main function is
to
accommodate, modify and save contentthat
isrequired in
the
learning process and calculate thecorresponding
value
of
existing
procedures andworkflows that have been prepared.

the

programs/productsdeveloped.
As
for the
aspectsrequired
in
the validation process of the program are as follows :a.

and

reveal product quality interms
of
general
use and
functions
of
the navigation program page.b.
Aspects of access rights, intendedto
assess the degree of consistency in the diversion program and the presentation of the appropriate type ofuser pages. This is because there are two types

developed

the reference criteria of an ideal assessment scale of five categorles (1-5), which wasadopted
from the

product/assessment program that has been developed is a product unfitfor
use
by the
criteria

good'
in

has been developed is aproduct category 'good'
for

CONCLUSION
With

a
computer program

we
can: (1) make standardization of operating systems and application softwarefor
Iaboratory science education, especiallyin
terms
of
laboratory management activities, (2)create a backup system and application which has
been installed
in the
form of
imagesthat
can beeasily
accessedand facilitate
servicesfor
theimprovement of quality assurance, and (3) repairing
the damaged system quickly by restoring over the
network.
