19 Sep’15 : Colour Guard Contest, Semi final Music Battle, Prelim Marching Show 20 Sep’15 : General Div Marching Show Final, Final Battle

5. COMPETITION

( Mata Lomba/kompetisi )

5.1 MARCHING SHOW BAND

5.1.1 BASIC DIVISION ( MELODION CLASS & BRASS CLASS )

a. Marching Show band will be held in 2 rounds,

Semifinal and Final ( Marching show Band akan dilaksanakan dalam 2

babak, yaitu semifinal dan final )

b. Member age requirement for unit entry mus not 13 years old born since 2001 ) or 6th_{class for band from Indonesia.}

( persyaratan usia bagi anggota tidak boleh lebih dari umur 13 tahun atau kelas 6 untuk band dari Indonesia )

c. The Instrument : Woodwind / brass /melodion ( peralatan tiup /woodwind/brass / pianika )

d. Electric instrument allow to use ( Diperbolehkan menggunakan peralatan elektronik/listrik )

e. A player can only be playing and representing ONE TEAM / BAND ( Pemain hanya bisa bermain dalam 1 team / band saja )

f. A band is allowed Five (5) minutes to set up area ( in – out ) and warm-up anywhere in the performance area.

( Tiap Band diberikan waktu 5 menit untuk masuk dan keluar arena serta

pemanasan di arena lomba )

g. A band is allowed a performance time of 7 to 10 minutes.

( Tiap band diberikan waktu penampilan 7 – 10 menit )

PENALTY

 For time requirements: 0.1 per 5 seconds or fraction thereof ( syarat waktu penampilan: kelebihan dan kekurangan tiap 5 detik penalty 0,1 poin atau kelipantannya )

 For delay of contest: 0.5 points per minute or fraction thereof ( penundaan penampilan : setiap menit penalty o,5 pon atau kelipatannya.

5.1.2 GENERAL DIVISION

a. Marching Show band will be held in 2 rounds,

Preliminary round and Final ( Marching show Band akan dilaksanakan dalam 2 babak, yaitu penyisihan dan final )

b. No restriction of education requirements. ( tidak ada batasan persyaratan pendidikan )

c. No performing member age requirements for unit entry ( tidak ada batasan usia )

d. The Instrument : Woodwind / brass (peralatan tiup woowind /brass )

e. Electric instrument allowed to use ( Diperbolehkan menggunakan peralatan elektronik/listrik )

f. A player can only be playing and representing ONE TEAM / BAND (Pemain hanya bisa bermain dalam 1 team / band saja )

g. A band is allowed Five (5) minutes to set up area ( in – out ) and warm-up anywhere in the performance area. ( Tiap Band diberikan waktu 5 menit

h. A band is allowed a performance time of 10 to 12 minutes. The timing will begin at the conchusion of the 5 minutes set-up/warm-up time, following the announcement that. ( Tiap band diberikan waktu penampilan 10 – 12

menit )

PENALTY

 For time requirements: 0.1 per 5 seconds or fraction thereof ( syarat waktu penampilan: kelebihan dan kekurangan tiap 5 detik penalty 0,1 poin atau kelipatannya )

 For delay of contest: 0.5 points per minute or fraction thereof ( penundaan penampilan : setiap menit penalty 0,5 poin atau kelipatannya)

5.2 DRUM BATTLE ( BASIC & GENERAL DIVISION )

a. A player can only be playing and representing ONE TEAM.

( Setiap pemain hanya dapat bermain dalam 1 team )

b. All participation will NOT below than 10 people. ( Seluruh peserta tidak boleh kurang dari 10 orang)

c.. All instruments used for the competition must be percussion instruments complete with carrier. STATIC INSTRUMENTS with stands ARE NOT ALLOWED. ( Peralatan yang digunakan harus disandang dengan carrier. Peralatan statis dengan stand tidak diperbolehkan )

d. The competition arena is 18 x 12m.

( Ukuran arena 18 x 12 m )

e. Each Drumline group will need to prepare 2 different cadence with some drill and display.

( Setiap drumline mempersiapkan 2 cadence yang berbeda beserta drill dan display )

f. Performance timing SHALL NOT BE longer than 120 SECONDS/round. ( waktu penampilan tidak boleh lebih dari 120 detik /babak )

g. Drum battle will be held in 3 rounds : preliminary, semi final and Grand final ( Drum battle akan dilaksanakan dalam 3 babak : Penyisihan, semifinal, final )

i. In the first round will be a draw to start the competition, and determine the Group respectively.( Pada babak pertama akan dilakukan undian untuk memulai kompetisi, danuntuk menentukan Group masing-masing )

j. Quarterfinal, semi final Use single elimination bracket system ( Babak perempatfinal dan semifinal Menggunakan sistem gugur )

5.3 BRASS BATTLE ( GENERAL DIVISION )

a.

A player can only be playing and representing ONE TEAM.

( Setiap pemain hanya dapat bermain dalam 1 team ) b. All participation will NOT below than 10 people ( Seluruh peserta tidak boleh kurang dari 10 orang)

c.. DRUM SET allowed to use as accompanist and tempo ( Drum set diperbolehkan sebagai pengiring dan tempo )

d. The competition arena is 18 x 12m.

( Ukuran arena 18 x 12 m )

e. Each Brassline group will need to prepare 2 different music with some drill and display.

( Setiap Brassline mempersiapkan 2 music yang berbeda beserta drill dan display )

f. Performance timing SHALL NOT BE longer than 120 SECONDS/round. ( waktu penampilan tidak boleh lebih dari 120 detik /babak )

g. Brass battle will be held in 3 rounds : preliminary, semi final and Grand final ( Brass battle akan dilaksanakan dalam 3 babak : Penyisihan, semifinal, final )

k. There are 2 Groups, ( terdapat 2 group)

a. MARCHING SHOW BAND : 120 USD / Rp 1.500.000,- b. DRUM BATTLE : 80 USD / Rp 1.000.000,- c. BRASS BATTLE : 80 USD / Rp 1.000.000,- d. COLOUR GUARD CONTEST : 80 USD / Rp 1.000.000,-

8. REHEARSAL FEE

Each band can rehearsal in stadium max 2 hours. ( Setiap band dapat berlatih di dalam GOR /stadium max 2 jam )

Rehearsal fee for stadium : 50 USD /hour ( Rp 500.000,- / Jam ) ( Biaya uji coba )
