Lessons Learned from One Map Policy regarding the importance of stakeholders participation
Participation of various Line Ministries and Regional Governments is key
in achieving the desired outcome. The willingness to share the spatial
data to be processed and consolidated through One Map Policy initiative is
crucial.
The participation from Line Ministries and Regional Governments need to
be complemented with the supporting technology and infrastructure to
enable data utilization by various stakeholders. This will ensure that the
One Map Policy initiative could benefit various stakeholders.

9. Pemerintah Daerah yang selanjutnya disingkat Pemda adalah gubernur, bupati atau walikota, dan perangkat daerah sebagai unsur penyelenggara pemerintahan daerah.
10. Walidata adalah pimpinan tinggi pratama pada Kementerian/Lembaga yang memiliki tugas pokok, fungsi atau kewenangan menurut peraturan perundang-undangan dalam penyelenggaraan IG.
11. Hak Akses adalah hak yang diberikan kepada setiap Orang untuk melakukan interaksi dengan sistem elektronik yang berdiri sendiri atau dengan jaringan.
Pasal 2
Pengklasifikasian IG dalam rangka Kegiatan Percepatan Pelaksanaan KSP bertujuan untuk menentukan informasi tertentu hasil kegiatan integrasi dan sinkronisasi yang dapat diakses oleh setiap Orang.
Pasal 3 (1) Pengklasifikasian IG dapat berbentuk:
a. data yang dapat dilihat; b. data yang dapat diunduh; c. data yang dapat dimohonkan; dan d. data yang tertutup.
(2) Data yang dapat dilihat sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (1) huruf a hanya dapat dilihat melalui sistem geoportal.
(3) Data yang dapat diunduh sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (1) huruf b adalah data yang dapat diunduh langsung melalui sistem geoportal. (4) Data yang dapat dimohonkan sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (1)
huruf c diperoleh dari walidata berdasarkan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku.
(5) Data yang tertutup sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (1) huruf d adalah data yang tidak dapat diakses sama sekali oleh pihak tertentu. (6) Pengklasifikasian IG sebagaimana dimaksud dalam ayat (1) tercantum
dalam Lampiran yang merupakan bagian tidak terpisahkan dari Peraturan ini.

Menetapkan : PERATURAN MENTERI KOORDINATOR BIDANG PEREKONOMIAN SELAKU KETUA TIM PERCEPATAN KEBIJAKAN SATU PETA TENTANG PENGKLASIFIKASIAN INFORMASI GEOSPASIAL PADA KEGIATAN INTEGRASI DAN SINKRONISASI DALAM RANGKA PERCEPATAN PELAKSANAAN KEBIJAKAN SATU PETA
Pasal 1
Dalam Peraturan Menteri Koordinator Bidang Perekonomian selaku Ketua Tim Percepatan Kebijakan Satu Peta ini yang dimaksud dengan:
1. Kebijakan Satu Peta, yang selanjutnya disebut KSP adalah arahan strategis dalam terpenuhinya satu peta yang mengacu pada satu referensi geospasial, satu standar, satu basis data, dan satu geoportal pada tingkat ketelitian peta skala 1:50.000.
2. Informasi Geospasial, yang selanjutnya disebut IG adalah data geospasial yang sudah diolah sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai alat bantu dalam perumusan kebijakan, pengambilan keputusan, dan/atau pelaksanaan kegiatan yang berhubungan dengan ruang kebumian. 3. Informasi Geospasial Dasar, yang selanjutnya disingkat IGD adalah IG
yang berisi tentang objek yang dapat dilihat secara langsung atau diukur dari kenampakan fisik di muka bumi dan yang tidak berubah dalam waktu yang relatif sama.
4. Informasi Geospasial Tematik, yang selanjutnya disebut IGT adalah IG yang menggambarkan satu atau lebih tema tertentu yang dibuat mengacu pada IGD.
5. Hasil kegiatan integrasi adalah IG yang telah melalui proses koreksi dan verifikasi IGT terhadap IGD.
6. Hasil kegiatan sinkronisasi adalah IG yang telah melalui proses penyelarasan antar data IGT yang terintegrasi.
7. Orang adalah orang-perseorangan, kelompok orang, atau badan usaha. 8. Kementerian/Lembaga adalah Kementerian/Lembaga terkait
sebagaimana yang dimaksud dalam Lampiran Peraturan Presiden Nomor 9 Tahun 2016 tentang Percepatan Pelaksanaan Kebijakan Satu Peta Pada Tingkat Ketelitian Peta Skala 1:50.000.

SELAKU KETUA TIM PERC EPATAN KEBIJAKAN SATU PETA Menimbang : a. bahwa dalam rangka melaksanakan ketentuan Pasal
5 ayat (2) huruf b Peraturan Presiden Republik Indonesia Nomor 9 Tahun 2016 tentang Percepatan Pelaksanaan Kebijakan Satu Peta Pada Tingkat Ketelitian Peta Skala 1:50.000 diperlukan penyusunan ketentuan berbagi data dalam rangka pelaksanaan kebijakan satu peta;
b. bahwa berdasarkan pertimbangan sebagaimana dimaksud dalam huruf a, perlu menetapkan Peraturan Menteri Koordinator Bidang Perekonomian selaku Ketua Tim Percepatan Kebijakan Satu Peta tentang Ketentuan Berbagi Data dalam rangka Percepatan Pelaksanaan Kebijakan Satu Peta.
