Abstrak

ujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian insentif kinerja guru SMA Negeri Kota Medan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam

adalah explanatory research serta metode yang dipakai adalah mewde ex post pertimbangan bahwa penelitian yang dilaksanakan tergolong non eksperimen. ex post facto digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis yang telah diajukan yaitu terdapat yang signifikan antara variabel bebas pemberian insentif dan kinerja guru sebagai terikat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru SMA Negeri Kota Medan 241 guru. Penelitian ini mengunakan analisis statistik deskript!f dan analisis yang digunakan untuk mengetahui penagruh pemberian insentif terhadap kinerja Negeri Kota medan. Data diolah dengan menggunakan komputer program SPSS
