ABSTRAK
Hiperbilirubinemia pada neonatus yaitu meningkatnya kadar bilirubin darah dalam tubuh bayi. Pada data rekam medik RSUP Haji Adam Malik, Medan didapatkan 69 bayi mengalami hiperbilirubinemia.Kebanyakan bayi yang mengalami hiperbilirubinemia memiliki berat badan yang rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui insiden hiperbilirubinemia pada bayi aterm di RSUP Haji Adam Malik,Medan pada tahun 2014.
Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif.Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan total sampling sebanyak 69 bayi.Data diambil dengan meninjau hasil catatan rekam medis pada kejadian hiperbilirubinemia pada bayi aterm di RSUP Haji Adam Malik Medan. Data yang diambil adalah data retrosektif sejak Januari 2014 s/d Desember 2014.
Terdapat 69 bayi yang menderita hiperbilirubinemia di RSUP Haji Adam Malik, Medan. Hiperbilirubinemia sering dijumpai pada bayi dengan berat lahir rendah yaitu sebanyak 46 bayi (66.7%) sedangkan pada bayi berat lahir normal dijumpai pada 23 bayi (33.3%).
Kesimpulan penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa hiperbilirubinemia lebih cenderung terhadap bayi berat lahir rendah berbanding bayi berat lahir normal. Saran dari penelitian ini untuk pencegahan infeksi tenaga kesehatan di rumah sakit perlu mengadakan pemisahan pada bayi yang terkena infeksi dengan bayi yang tidak terkena infeksi, pada bayi yang mengalami kejadian hiperbilirubinemia harus mendapatkan penanganan yang optimal agar tidak menjadi kernikterus
ABSTRACT
Hyperbilirubinemia in neonates that increased levels of bilirubin in the blood of the baby's body. The medical records at RSUP Haji Adam Malik Medan shows 69 babies diagnosed from hyperbilirubinemia. Majority babies with low birth weight suffering from hyperbilirubinemia. The study is focused on the spectrum incidence of occurrence hyperbilirubinemia in newborn babies at RSUP Haji Adam Malik Medan 2014.
The study design used is descriptive statistic. The sample has been taken by total sampling method. Data taken by reviewing the results of babies medical record of hyperbilirubinemia at RSUP Haji Adam Malik Medan. Retrospective data has been taken from January 2014 to December 2014.
The result shows 69 babies were diagnosed with hyperbilirubinemia at RSUP Haji Adam Malik Medan. Hyperbilirubinemia is common on babies with low birth weight in 46 babies (66.7%). Meanwhile hyperbilirubinemia in babies with normal weight has been seen in 23 babies (33.3%).
In conclusion the study shows hyperbilirubinemia more often diagnosed in babies low birth weight compared to babies with normal weight. Suggestion to prevent the infection for the health officer in hospital it needs to do the separation for the baby that has been infected and the baby that has not been infected, for the baby that has the experience with the occurrence of hyperbilirubinemia must obtain the optimum taking care in order not to become the icterus.
