Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada Karyawan Divisi Sumber Daya

ABSTRACT
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada Karyawan Divisi Sumber Daya Manusia PTPN IV MEDAN. Subjek penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan yang ada di Divisi Sumber Daya Manusia PTPN IV MEDAN yang berjumlah 61 orang. Dalam mengumpulkan data, peneliti menggunakan skala Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional berdasarkan teori Bass (2003) dengan dimensi meliputi: Individualized Consideration, Inspirational Motivation, Intellectual Stimulation, Attributed Charisma.dan skala Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) berdasarkan teori Organ (2006) dengan dimensi meliputi : Altruism, Conscientiousness, Sportmanship, Courtesy, Civic Virtue.
Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode regresi sederhana dan hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh positif terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada Karyawan Divisi Sumber Daya Manusia PTPN IV MEDAN sebesar 0,248. Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional secara efektif menyumbang 24,8% terhadap peningkatan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada Karyawan.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research is to see the Influence of Transformational Leadership Style on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on Employee Human Resource Division PTPN IV MEDAN. Research subjects are all employees in Human Resources Division PTPN IV MEDAN which amounted to 61 people. In collecting the data, researchers used the scale of Transformational Leadership Style based on Bass (2003) theory with dimensions including: Individualized Consideration, Inspirational Motivation, Intellectual Stimulation, Attributed Charisma. And Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) scale based on Organ theory (2006) with dimensions include: Altruism, Conscientiousness, Sportmanship, Courtesy, Civic Virtue.
The data were analyzed by using simple regression method and the result showed that the Transformational Leadership Style had positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on Employee Human Resource Division PTPN IV MEDAN 0.248. The Transformational Leadership Style effectively contributes 24.8% to the increase of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) to Employees.
