Perlunya penelitian lebih lanjut dengan sampel lebih besar dan desain penelitian kohort ataupun uji survival untuk mendapatkan hubungan antara albumin, skor PSI dengan peningkatan komplikasi dan kebutuhan ICU serta mortalitas penderita PK.
