Tujuan Pembelajaran

Mampu menerangkan metode – metode statistika modern dalam pengambilan keputusan dalam bidang rekayasa dan mampu menggunakan software serta mampu menginterpretasikan outputnya sesuai dengan bidang keahlian.

Students should be able to explain modern statistics methods in decision making in the areas of specialization and use the software as well as interpreting the outputs in accordance with the area of specialization.

Tujuan Pembelajaran

Matakuliah ini dimaksudkan untuk mengintegrasikan matakuliah-matakuliah business functions yang telah diberikan pada semester-semester terdahulu. Topik-topik yang dibahas meliputi analisis lingkungan, industri dan kompetisi, sumberdaya strategik perusahaan, strategi-strategi kompetitif, kooperatif dan korporasi, evaluasi opsi-opsi strategik, dan implementasi strategi dalam perangkat-perangkat struktur, sistim dan budaya organisasi. Studi kasus diberikan sebagai bagian integral matakuliah ini dalam upaya mempertajam kemampuan analitik mahasiswa
