19 dengan endapan cairan empedu/debris meskipun memiliki echogenitas yang hampir sama. Mucocele tidak terpengaruh oleh gravitasi sehingga saat dilakukan pemeriksaan melalui USG tidak akan bergerak sama sekali (Worley et al. 2004), sedangkan debris akan terpengaruh oleh gravitasi sehingga posisi dan bentuknya akan berubah saat hewan direposisi.
Adanya massa hyperechoic yang menggumpal di dalam lumen kantung empedu juga menunjukkan terjadinya kelainan. Kelainan ini biasa disebut dengan cholelithiasis. Thrall (2002) menyatakan, suatu massa atau struktur yang bersifat hyperechoic di dalam kantung empedu dengan atau tanpa acoustic shadowing merupakan cholelith. Cholelith dapat berukuran sangat kecil seperti pasir atau sangat besar dan tunggal. Cholelith dapat berada di bagian kantung empedu maupun di saluran empedu (Nyland et al. 2002). Cholelith atau batu empedu dapat dengan mudah terdeteksi dengan menggunakan ultrasonografi. Pada sonogram akan terlihat suatu struktur hyperechoic dan di bagian posterior terbentuk acoustic shadowing. Batu empedu bersifat menghambat laju suara. Mengakibatkan timbulnya garis hyperechoic yang kuat pada permukaan struktur jaringan, sebaliknya hal ini mengakibatkan tidak ada jaringan apapun yang dapat dideteksi di bawah bagian tersebut. Fenomena ini disebut acoustic shadowing.
SIMPULAN DAN SARAN
Simpulan
Pada sonogram organ hati terlihat parenkim hati bergranul kasar yang homogen dan hypoechoic. Sonogram vena hepatika terlihat anechoic pada bagian lumen tanpa ada garis hyperechoic di bagian luar, sedangkan sonogram vena porta terlihat anechoic pada bagian lumen dengan garis hyperechoic di bagian luar. Sonogram kantung empedu berbentuk oval atau bulat, gambarannya halus dengan lumen anechoic dan dinding yang tipis hyperechoic. Morfometri organ hati, kantung empedu, dan pembuluh darah hati kucing kampung (Felis catus) dapat diamati dengan baik melalui USG dua dimensi.
Saran
1. Perlu dilakukan penelitian lain mengenai sonogram organ hati dan empedu pada kucing ras lainnya.
2. Disarankan kepada dokter hewan praktisi agar memperhatikan sonogram organ hati dan empedu beserta ukurannya untuk membantu menegakkan diagnosis pada kasus gangguan organ hepatobiliari.
