Abstract: The development of information and communication technologies effect an organization to maximize the use of automation technologies by utilizing existing technologies for the utilities of the administration offices, as in the archiving process. One of the information technologies that are applied in an education to support lecturing activities is given tasks to student. An assignment for student as archive that used for a memory center, the basic decision- making, and can be regarded as valid evidence. Therefore, the application needed to help the recovery of archives that could be found quickly and precisely. The purpose of this study is describing the implementation of E-education as embodiment of paperless education in an effort to recovery archive of assignment for student. This type of research is descriptive qualitative approach. Subjects were 6 students of Office Administration Education have ever have problems about losing their assignment. Data collection techniques are including of interview and observation. The results showed in using e-education application helps the management of areas archival, starting from the data entry of in and out data process, the retention of archives, the reports of assignment for student.

INTRODUCTION

According to Undang-Undang No. 43 of 2009 about Archival article 1, explained that the archive is recording or events in various forms of media in accordance with the development of information and communication technology that made and accepted by the State institutions, local governance, institutions, corporations, political organizations, civic organizations, and individuals in the exercise of the life of society, nation and State.

The development of information and communication technology resulted in the Government and private organizations and companies want to maximize the use of automation technology by means of utilizing the technology and emerging, communicate with many people, give of information, such as in the process of archiving, documentation, and correspondence, which are often done in the learning and office environment.

Information technology applied in an educational institution to support education activities. The example in supporting of education activities is the implementation of e-education application. E- education is a system that related with the Administration, by internet connection which concentrated components of a study where data, information, and communication are made through telecommunications. E-education can mean that all work related to the office administration electronically and use the service of communication tools in information systems.

The application of e-education is used to reduce of the utilizing of paper or paperless. The goal is in line with one of the goals in Sustainable Development Goals (SGD's) i.e. "Ensure Environmental

Sustainability". One of the programs to support it is the way of reducing the use of paper or paperless.

Paperless is the concept of computerization which a system that created for managing of administrative system. The idea appear in the late 90s, its philosophy was use to as little as paper and digitalized document (Maslakhah, 2009). According to Ragnet’s research, explained that the proposed of The Less Paper is reducing the amount of paper being used and effectively encouraging business performance improvements from the point of view of communication, cost, and environmental (Firdausy and Artha, 2012).

Based on the preliminary studies conducted by the author, can be known some problems encountered in the process of learning. These problems are 1) using of paper is still excessive in learning process, such as creating assignment document, and 2) the lecture was difficult to find of task archive, in the result that students did not receive the value and they should repeat their assignment again. Based on explanation above, writers like to offer solutions with the title is "The Implementation of E-education Application as Embodiment of Paperless Education in an Effort to Recovery Archive of Assignment for Student". The purpose in writing is describing of e- education application as the embodiment of the paperless in the learning process.

METHODS

The type in the writing is using descriptive qualitative approach. The aims of writing is describing of existing phenomena, both phenomena of natural or human engineering. The subject of this research was six students of Office Administration Education in Economics Faculty of Semarang State University.

Data collection techniques that used the author in writing is using the observation, interview and documentation technique. While the data analysis techniques used in writing is the reduction of the data, the presentation of data, and the conclusions with the validity of the data using the triangulation technique. According to Sugiyono (2013:330) "Triangulation of sources is to get data from different sources with the same technique." So it can get a clear description about the archiving of documents, archive recovery, and paperless

RESULTS AND DISCUSSION Results

Data retrieval is done with the interview in accordance with the guidelines of the interview.

Interview questions addressed to the informant in order to get the correct data. Based on the interview with some subject matter can be concluded that the Archive in learning process like given the assignment for student still not good and waste paper as well, since the discovery of the task archives a difficult to find, in the result it is wasting of time, effort, and cost

Therefore, the e-education application is needed as an application which giving facilitation in the management of archives and saving paper activities. The application of e-education also due to follow the modern era, because all of activities are used to electronic and information technology. E- education applications can be used to help lecturers as well as students in completing the teaching, learning, and finishing activities, so they are quick and timely in completing their work.

The application of e-education that applied would help in the management of the archives, learning, and conservation. It would like giving the ease in doing the management of assignment’s archives, both students and lecture because they only enter data such as the date of the assignment made, the contents of the tasks, and others. The application of e-education will further shorten the time and provide convenience to complete work.

DISCUSSION

Now, paperless became the spotlight in the world of education activities, offices, and work, because it is considered advantageous in terms of time and costs. Many papers are used in Office/educational activities make the increasing of the spending of cost. The growing of technological development needed a utilizing of technology to apply the application of e-education as the embodiment of paperless, so the expenses in the study can be slightly reduced. Implementing the application of e-education also aims to assist and facilitate the lecturer and students in processing and management of their the archives such as coursework of students who will be saved, so that it can be solved in a faster time to find. In addition to help in the efficiency of time, the e-education applications also have an impact on the efficiency of costs incurred each semester.

The amount of utilizing papers required by six students in completing their task which around six reams of paper every semester. In each semester, students spend umpteen much of papers, it can be accumulated that the using of paper for all students reach the point of waste.

Therefore, applying the application of e-education as the embodiment of this paperless can be an alternative solution to do one of the goals of conservation. The application of e-education will provide ease in doing the work and get the job done, because the process of management of the archive was done electronically, so that the productivity of lecturer and students can be increased.

Rising productivity can be seen from the performance of that day is getting better and was able to finish his duty time specified.

CONCLUSION

Based on the observation that has been made by the author, that the results obtained by the application of e-education needs to be applied in an effective and efficient learning and to realize paperless. The application of e-education this is an application that helps in the management of archival education starting from the process of data entry tasks, archive, retention, and reporting forms that are associated in other teaching and learning activities. The application of e-education applications aims so that expenses and the use of paper can be slightly reduced (paperless). The concept of a paperless can reduce the use of paper and effectively encourage performance improvement of learning from the standpoint of communication, cost, and the environment.

The application of e-education will provide ease in doing the work and get the job done, because the process of management of the archive was done electronically, so that productivity can be increased. Rising productivity can be seen from the performance is getting better and was able to finish his duty time specified.
