Section 2. To give centralized direction.

the Athletic Council shall be composed of twelve representntlves, called Councilors, elected by ballot, from the students of the College and of the State School of Ceramics, four from each of the two upper classes, one from each class to be a woman; two representatives from each of the two under classes. During the first week in May representatives from the next year's upper da sses sball be elected. The Freshmen representatives shall be elected during the second week of October. When the acting president of the council shall have received the names of those elected in May, he shall ('all a meeting of the ten members, who shall elect their president, vice presi- dent, and secretary, and shall orga"nize the councn for the ensuing year. The term of 'office of the council shall be- gin as soon as practicable aftcr the elections. The first meetIng is at the call of the President. and subsequently weekly meetings shall be arranged. The chnirman of the Faculty Athletic Com- mittee, the Director of Athletics, the Coach and the Graduate or Faculty Manager are non-voting members of the council, ~ltting in an advisory capacity. The business man- agers of the various departments and cap- tains of tile various teams shall attend coun- dl meetings at the summons of the Presi- dent.

Section 3. The University Treasurer shall be custodian of the Jumph lnjury Fund. The Graduate Manager may recom- mend payment of certain bills of (tired concern to the purpose of the Fund.
