They must be posted in the open; that is, tbey must not be con- cealed hy any moveable object, nor in any building, nor above eight feet from the ground, measurement to be maile from the ccnter of the proc. If the bell is rung hy or for the Freshmen before any real proc has been removed or defaced, the contest shall be considered a victory for the Sophomores.
