Secara finansial perusahaan membukukan laba bersih sebesar USD106,6 juta dan EBITDA 2020 sebesar USD245,7 juta yang pencapaian keduanya melebihi target RKAP 2020. Total aset perusahaan di tahun 2020 juga meningkat menjadi USD2,13 milyar, naik signifikan dari total aset di tahun 2019 yaitu USD2,06 milyar.

Meningkatkan realisasi investasi, dimana tahun 2020 mampu dicatatkan sebesar USD141.18 juta atau 98.2% dibanding dengan RKAP 2020 yaitu USD 143.79 juta. Terdapat pertumbuhan investasi selama tahun 2020 sebesar 619% dibanding realisasi tahun 2019 sebesar USD 22.8 juta. Pertumbuhan investasi signifikan diakibatkan adanya pengembangan bisnis melalui investasi pipa minyak mentah koridor Minas – Duri – Dumai dan koridor Balam – Bangko – Dumai untuk mendukung proses alih kelola Blok Rokan oleh Pertamina. Mengingat proyek pipa minyak mentah tersebut bersifat multiyear maka realisasi investasi tahun 2020 hanya akan mengurangi porsi nilai investasi di tahun 2021 tanpa mengubah total nilai investasi proyek yang disetujui dalam Final Investment Decision. Pengembangan bisnis juga dilakukan dengan investasi pada infrastruktur pipa gas distribusi yaitu di Sumatera Utara untuk Kuala Tanjung, di Jawa Tengah untuk Aroma Kopi dan di Riau untuk BOB Siak.
