Human Resource Management Program
Pertamina Gas has carried out various HR management programs throughout 2020 to improve the employee’s welfare and competency. The management program that has been implemented this year is as follows:
A. Organization Management
1. To compile and determine organizational completeness in the form of a responsibility mapping matrix, job description, Technical Competency and Job Competency Dictionary;
2. Compilation and determination of the Project Organizational Structure;
3. To compile and determine the post-project organizational structure of Kuala Tanjung, BOB Siak and Gresem;
4. Studies and benchmarking in the framework of the Rokan Organizational Structure.
B. Manpower Planning & Recruitment
1. The process of recruitment for vacant positions at PT Pertamina Gas is carried out first through the consolidation of 2020 Manpower Planning with AP/JV Pertamina Gas, Sub-holding Gas (PT PGN, Tbk.), and PT Pertamina (Persero) as a reference in the implementation recruitment and assignment of positions in the Company;

2. Succession planning dilakukan sebagai salah satu upaya untuk menjaga kesinambungan bisnis Perusahaan, serta pengembangan pekerja bertalenta di dalam Perusahaan.
Bentuk implementasi succession planning diantaranya adalah (a) Assessment kompetensi kepemimpinan untuk pemetaan talent Perusahaan, (b) Penetapan kandidat successor untuk jabatan Manager/ setara ke atas, (c) Penugasan khusus, mentoring, dan coaching kepada para talent Perusahaan.

E. Industrial Relation
Norma dan Syarat-syarat Kerja, Industrial Peace, Non-litigasi, Comparative Labor Standard:
1. Penetapan standarisasi Upah Tenaga Kerja Jasa Penunjang (TKJP) sebagai Owner Estimate perusahaan;
2. Penyelenggaraan rapat LKS Bipartit sebagai bentuk komunikasi antara Serikat Pekerja Pertamina Gas (SPPG) dengan Perusahaan;
3. Implementasi Program Asuransi Pesangon untuk Tenaga Kerja Jasa Penunjang (TKJP) dalam program Mandiri Asuransi Pesangon Sejahtera (MAPS) yang diselenggarakan oleh Asuransi Jiwa Tugu Mandiri (AJTM);
4. Implementasi Ketentuan Pokok Perjanjian Pekerja dengan Perusahaan lain (PT Perta- Samtan Gas, dan PT Perta Arun Gas);
5. Implementasi Perjanjian Kerja Bersama antara PT Pertamina Gas dengan Serikat Pekerja Pertamina Gas (SPPG) Periode 2020 – 2022;
6. Penyelesaian perselisihan hubungan industrial;
7. Pendaftaran Wajib Lapor Perusahaan dan Perjanjian Kerja Waktu Tertentu ke Suku Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi secara berkala.

1. Determination of standardization of Support Services Worker Wages (TKJP) as the Estimate Owner of the company;
2. Organizing a Bipartite LKS meeting as a form of communication between the Pertamina Gas Workers Union (SPPG) and the Company;
3. Implementation of Severance Insurance Program for Supporting Workers (TKJP) in the Mandiri Prosperous Welfare Insurance Program (MAPS) organized by Tugu Mandiri Life Insurance (AJTM);
4. Implementation of the Main Provisions for Employee Agreements with other Companies (PT Perta-Samtan Gas, and PT Perta Arun Gas);
5. Implementation of the Collective Labor Agreement between PT Pertamina Gas and the Pertamina Gas Workers Union (SPPG) for the 2020 – 2022 period;
6. Settlement of industrial relations disputes;
7. Mandatory Registration of Company Reports and Specific Time Work Agreements with the Manpower and Transmigration Office Periodically.
F. HR Service
Administration Service, Information HR Management:
1. Penyiapan & ketepatan eksekusi payroll setiap bulan;
2. Melakukan calculate pajak penghasilan Pekerja bulanan maupun tahunan;
3. Penyiapan laporan bulanan;
4. Melakukan kerja sama jasa layanan kesehatan dengan PT Pertamina Bina Medika dan PT Pertamina Lubricants dalam penyediaan fasilitas klinik kesehatan di Kantor Pusat PT Pertamina Gas;
5. Melakukan perjanjian kerja sama jasa layanan kesehatan berbasis managed care dengan PT Pertamina Bina Medika menggunakan sistem ASO (Administrative Services Only);
6. Melakukan perjanjian kerja sama layanan kesehatan dokter perusahaan dengan Klinik Pertamedika IHC;
7. Memproses penyampaian piagam UTD Pekerja;
8. Melakukan penyiapan data dan pengumpulan berkas Pekerja yang menjalani MPPK;
9. Memproses pemanggilan Medical Check Up (MCU) Pekerja;
10. Menjalin kerja sama dengan lembaga dana pensiun untuk Program Pensiun Iuran Pasti (PPIP) melalui lembaga DPLK (BNI, BRI, Bank Muamalat, dll).
11. Menjalin kerjasama dengan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan dan BPJS Kesehatan dalam hal penyampaian iuran potongan sesuai aturan yang berlaku;
12. Menjalin kerjasama dengan Koperasi Mitra Energi (KOMITE) Pertagas dalam penyadiaan layanan wellness Centre.;
13. Memberikan layanan konseling psikologi dan psikoedukasi untuk pekerja selama masa pandemi
F. HR Service
Administration Service, HR Information Management:
1. Preparation & accuracy of monthly payroll execution;
2. Calculate monthly and annual employee income tax;
3. Monthly reports preparation;
4. Collaborating on health services with PT Pertamina Bina Medika and PT Pertamina Lubricants in providing health clinic facilities at the Head Office of PT Pertamina Gas;
5. To have a cooperation agreement healthcare services based managed care with PT Pertamina Bina Medika using the system ASO (Administrative Services Only);
6. To have a cooperation agreement for the company's doctor's health service with the Pertamedika IHC Clinic;
7. Process the delivery of the Employee's UTD charter;
8. Perform data preparation and file collection of Workers who undergo MPPK;
9. Process workers' Medical Check Up (MCU) summons;
10. Collaborate with pension fund institutions for a Defined Contribution Pension Program (PPIP) through DPLK institutions (BNI, BRI, Bank Muamalat, etc.).
11. Collaborate with BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan in submitting discounted contributions in accordance with applicable regulations;
12. Collaborate with Pertagas Energy Partner Cooperative (KOMITE) in providing wellness center services;
13. Provide psychological counseling and psychoeducation services for workers during the pandemic.
