Another aspect in the implementation of OSH best practices as concern of Pertamina Gas is occupational health. In 2020, the Company has implemented various programs and activities to support the health of the working environment, workers and their families.
The total cost allocated to support the implementation of occupational health during 2020 is Rp13,492,128,110.-. This amount has decreased by 4% compared to the allocated costs in 2019 of Rp14,059,893,492.- The decrease in health costs was largely influenced by the Covid-19 Pandemic throughout 2020 which caused the following:
1. Decreasing visits to hospitals/health services based on company directions to postpone visits unless there is an emergency.
2. Postponement of Medical Check Up (MCU) for Workers and their spouses based on the direction of the Company.
3. Utilization of online consultation services with the Pertamedika Group clinic.
In regards of a reduction in the above allocation of costs, preventive and promotive measures will
mendukung Kesehatan Pekerja dan keluarga melalui program-program sebagai berikut :
1. Pelayanan kesehatan Clinic on Site di Kantor Pusat dan Fit to Work di Area melalui DCU (Daily Check Up).
2. Pelaksanaan employee award terkait kesehatan.
3. Kegiatan Healthy Talk yang dilaksanakan di awal tahun 2020 dengan mengambil tema Kesehatan Mental di Lingkungan Kerja disesuaikan dengan adanya laporan kondisi kesehatan Pekerja dengan keluhan stres.
4. Penyediaan Dokter Perusahaan guna mendukung program kesehatan pekerja, fit to work, tindakan preventif dan tindak lanjut penanganan Pandemi Covid-19 di lingkungan kerja.

Pengelolaan kesehatan kerja tak hanya mencakup pada tempat kerja dan pekerja, tetapi juga keluarga pekerja. Pertamina Gas memberikan jaminan kesehatan untuk para pekerja dan keluarganya, meliputi suami/istri pekerja bersama tiga anak pekerja.
Pemberian jaminan kesehatan dilaksanakan Pertamina Gas bekerjasama dengan Pertamedika yang merupakan anak perusahaan PT Pertamina (Persero) di bidang usaha jasa kesehatan dan rumah sakit. Kerjasama diwujudkan melalui layanan kesehatan berbasis Managed Care.
Selain jaminan kesehatan, Pertamina Gas juga menyediakan jaminan kesehatan dalam sistem reimbursement. Jaminan kesehatan ini dapat dipilih pekerja saat klaim kacamata ataupun ketika pekerja berobat ke rumah sakit di luar provider yang difasilitasi Pertamedika.

Pertamina Gas provides health insurance for workers and their families, including spouse and three children of the workers.
The provision of health insurance is carried out by Pertamina Gas in cooperation with Pertamedika, a subsidiary of PT Pertamina (Persero) in healthcare and hospitals services. The cooperation is carried out through health services based on Managed Care.
In addition to the health insurance, Pertamina Gas also provides health insurance in reimbursement system. The workers is entitled to choose the health insurance when claiming glasses or go to the hospitals for treatment that are facilitated Pertamedika.
Type of cooperation with the Pertamedika since has changed from previously applying contribution per capitation (per worker/family member of the worker) to the ASO (Administrative Services Only), a collection system based on the provided system with additional
