KINERJA EKONOMI
Dalam upaya mendukung tercapainya kinerja ekonomi yang positif dan berkelanjutan, Perusahaan terus melakukan pengembangan kegiatan usaha utama maupun kegiatan usaha pendukung lainnya. Sepanjang 2022, Pupuk Kujang telah melaksanakan kegiatan pengembangan, antara lain:
A. PROYEK PEMBANGUNAN PABRIK DRY ICE Perusahaan berencana membangun pabrik
turunan CO2 dengan salah satu produknya adalah pabrik Dry Ice yang akan digunakan untuk beberapa jenis industri. Beberapa di antaranya adalah:
a) Sektor Industri:
1. Dry ice blasting untuk membersihkan permukaan
2. Membantu dalam konstruksi terkait pengaspalan lantai
3. Media assembly dengan “cold contraction”
4. Cryogenic milling
5. Deburring plastic and rubber b) Sektor Komersial:
- Pemasok ikan/daging - Restoran gastronomi c) Sektor Pendidikan/Sains
Kegunaan dry ice dalam bidang pendidikan atau penelitian adalah sebagai campuran pelarut untuk reaksi yang membutuhkan temperatur rendah.
Adapun latar belakang Perusahaan membangun pabrik Dry Ice antara lain:
a) Menambah nilai tambah produk CO2 yang dihasilkan
b) Pertumbuhan pasar dry ice cukup bagus
c) Mendukung industri pengawetan makanan dan jasa kebersihan.
B. PROYEK PEMBANGUNAN GUDANG UREA CURAH
Saat ini, Perusahaan memiliki dua pabrik urea dengan kapasitas terpasang 1.140.000 ton/
tahun dan pabrik NPK dengan kapasitas 500.000 ton/tahun di antaranya adalah 200.000 ton/tahun NPK Granular. Saat

In its efforts to support the achievement of positive and sustainable economic performance, the Company continues to develop its main business activities and other supporting business activities.
Throughout 2022, Pupuk Kujang has carried out a number of development activities, including:
A. CONSTRUCTION PROJECT OF DRY ICE PLANT
The Company plans to build a CO2 derivative plant with one of its products being a Dry Ice plant that will be used for several types of industries. Some of them are:
a) Industry Sector:
1. Dry ice blasting for surface cleaning 2. Assist in construction related to floor
paving
3. Media assembly with “cold contraction”
4. Cryogenic milling
5. Deburring plastic and rubber b) Commercial Sector:
- Supply of fish/meat - Gastronomic restaurant c) Education/Science Sector:
The use of dry ice in education or research is as a solvent mixture for reaction processes that require low temperatures.
The background of the Company to build a Dry Ice factory include:
a) Adding value to CO2 products that are produced by the Company
b) The growth of dry ice market is quite good
c) To support the food preservation industry and cleaning services.
B. CONSTRUCTION PROJECT OF BULK UREA WAREHOUSE
Currently, the Company has two urea plants with an installed capacity of 1,140,000 tons/
year and an NPK plant with a capacity of 500,000 tons/year of which 200,000 tons/
year is NPK Granular. Currently, limited storage
ini terdapat keterbatasan fasilitas gudang penyimpanan membatasi fleksibilitas penjualan produk urea Pupuk Kujang. Gudang urea curah dapat mengoptimalkan penjualan urea ekspor, urea non-subsidi, dan urea ritel.
C. PROYEK JOINT VENTURE DENGAN PT KATALIS SINERGI INDONESIA
Pupuk Kujang sedang membangun pabrik Katalis Nasional di Kawasan Industri Kujang Cikampek dengan skema perusahaan patungan bersama dengan PT Pertamina Lubricants dan PT Rekacipta Inovasi ITB dengan nama PT Katalis Sinergi Indonesia (PT KSI).
Berbagai program dan strategi yang dijalankan perusahaan telah meningkatkan kinerja ekonomi dan operasional yang positif meski berada dalam tantangan pandemi yang cukup besar. Pada tahun 2022, jumlah produksi amoniak dibukukan sebanyak 570.677 ton atau tercapai 93,25% dari target RKAP 2022 sebanyak 612.000 ton. Sebagian besar produk atau 51,2% berasal dari Pabrik Kujang 1B dan sisanya dari Kujang 1A. Sementara produksi pupuk urea tahun 2022 sebanyak 838.882 ton atau 90,69% dari RKAP 2022 sebanyak 925.000 ton. Sebagian besar produk atau 57,38% berasal dari Pabrik Kujang 1B dan sisanya dari Kujang 1A. Jika dibandingkan dengan target yang telah ditetapkan dalam RKAP 2022 yaitu 925.000 ton, pencapaiannya adalah 90,69%. [OJK F.2]
Produksi pupuk NPK Subsidi sepanjang tahun 2022 mencapai 202.072 ton atau terealisasi 119,92% dari RKAP 2022 sebanyak 168.500 ton.
Sedangkan produksi pupuk NPK Non-Subsidi tahun 2022 sebanyak 6.251 ton atau 25,00% dari RKAP 2022 sebanyak 25.000 ton. Tingginya produksi NPK subsidi didukung oleh perbaikan kinerja pabrik dan rendahnya realisasi scheduled downtime dibandingkan dengan yang telah ditargetkan, sedangkan rendahnya produksi NPK non-subsidi terjadi karena rendahnya permintaan pasar terhadap NPK non-subsidi. Terakhir, produksi pupuk organik adalah sebanyak 17.626 ton atau tercapai 17,22% dari RKAP 2022 sebanyak 102.349 ton. [OJK F.2]

C. JOINT VENTURE PROJECT WITH PT KATALIS SINERGI INDONESIA
Pupuk Kujang is building a National Catalyst factory in the Kujang Cikampek Industrial Estate under a joint venture scheme together with PT Pertamina Lubricants and PT Rekacipta Inovasi ITB under the name PT Katalis Sinergi Indonesia (PT KSI).
Various programs and strategies implemented by the Company have improved positive economic and operational performance despite the considerable pandemic challenges. In 2022, ammonia production was recorded at 570,677 tons or 93.25% of the 2022 RKAP target of 612,000 tons.
Most of the products or 51.2% came from Kujang 1B Plant and the rest from Kujang 1A. Meanwhile, urea fertilizer production in 2022 was 838,882 tons or 90.69% of the 2022 RKAP of 925,000 tons. Subsidized NPK fertilizer production in 2022 reached 202,072 tons or realized 119.92% of the 2022 RKAP of 168,500 tons. While the production of Non-Subsidized NPK fertilizer in 2022 was 6,251 tons or 25.00% of the 2022 RKAP of 25,000 tons.
The high level of production of subsidized NPK was supported by improved plant performance and low realization of scheduled downtime compared to the target, while the low production of non-subsidized NPK occurred due to low market demand for non-subsidized NPK. Lastly, organic fertilizer production was 17,626 tons or achieved 17.22% of the 2022 RKAP of 102,349 tons. [OJK F.2]

Dari segi profitabilitas, pada tahun 2022, Perusahaan berhasil mencatatkan kinerja positif pada penjualan sehingga dibukukan meningkat 4,29% dari Rp6,94 triliun pada 2021, menjadi sebesar Rp7,24 triliun atau terealisasi 111,25% dari RKAP 2022. Sejalan dengan kenaikan penjualan sepanjang tahun 2022, Perusahaan berhasil mencatatkan perolehan laba tahun berjalan sebesar Rp1 triliun atau tercapai 378% dari RKAP 2022 sebesar Rp264,6 miliar. Tingginya laba tersebut disebabkan oleh tingginya penjualan pupuk sebesar 122,14% dari anggaran. [OJK F.2]

In terms of profitability, in 2022, the Company managed to book a positive performance in sales with a recorded increase of 4.29% from IDR 6.94 trillion in 2021, to IDR 7.24 trillion or realized 111.25%
of the 2022 RKAP. In line with the increase in sales throughout 2022, the Company managed to record a profit for the year of Rp1 trillion or achieved 378%
of the 2022 RKAP of Rp264.6 billion. The high profit was due to high fertilizer sales of 122.14% of the budget. [OJK F.2]
