For over 54 years, ANTAM has been a prominent player in Indonesia’s mining industry. Throughout this journey, ANTAM has upheld the values of sustainability and implemented responsible mining practices. In 2021, ANTAM, along with other MIND ID members, launched the MIND ID Sustainability Pathway as a shared commitment to strengthening the company’s sustainability efforts and contributing to sustainable development goals in Indonesia.

In implementing the MIND ID Sustainability Pathway, ANTAM has taken concrete steps that will further strengthen our sustainability journey and strive to provide positive benefits and impacts to all stakeholders.

ANTAM memahami penting dalam menjaga kelestarian alam. Untuk itu, ANTAM memastikan Good Mining Practice disertai prinsip kehati-hatian dan kepatuhan terhadap ketentuan dan peraturan yang berlaku diterapkan oleh setiap Insan ANTAM di seluruh lini bisnis dan operasional Perusahaan, mulai dari eksplorasi, penambangan, pengolahan mineral, dan pengelolaan lingkungan sejak tahap eksplorasi hingga pascatambang.

Implementasi dari Pilar ini oleh ANTAM diwujudkan dalam berbagai kebijakan strategis Perusahaan dan dokumen pelaksanaan terkait manajemen lingkungan, antara lain:

• Dokumen Analisis Mengenai Dampak Lingkungan (AMDAL),

• Rencana Pemantauan Lingkungan (RPL), dan Rencana Pengelolaan Lingkungan (RKL) serta Rencana Pascatambang (RPT) yang telah disepakati.

• ANTAM Green Standard (AGS) sesuai Surat Keputusan Direksi ANTAM nomor 01.K/0084/DAT/2013 tentang Pedoman Pengelolaan Lingkungan tanggal 3 Januari 2013. Dalam AGS, terdapat standar lingkungan yang berlaku di seluruh wilayah kerja ANTAM yang dapat dijadikan acuan dalam pembuatan kebijakan atau prosedur pengelolaan lingkungan unit/unit bisnis/proyek pengembangan/

kantor pusat dan anak perusahaan.

ANTAM recognizes the importance of preserving nature. Therefore, ANTAM ensures that Good Mining Practices, combined with cautionary principles and compliance with applicable regulations, are implemented by every member of ANTAM throughout the company’s business and operational lines, from exploration, mining, mineral processing, and environmental management, from the exploration phase to post-mining.

The implementation of this pillar by ANTAM is reflected in various strategic policies of the Company and related environmental management documents, including:

• Environmental Impact Analysis Document (AMDAL),

• Environmental Monitoring Plan (RPL), and Environmental Management Plan (RKL) as well as the agreed Post-Mining Plan (RPT).

• PROPER Ministry of Environment and Forestry

• ANTAM Green Standard (AGS) in accordance with ANTAM Board of Directors Decree number 01.K/0084/DAT/2013 on Environmental Management Guidelines dated January 3, 2013. In AGS, there are environmental standards that apply in all ANTAM working areas that can be used as a reference in making policies or procedures for environmental management of units/business units/development projects/head office and subsidiaries.

ANTAM telah menerapkan Smart Operations & Product Stewardship dalam berbagai aspek operasionalnya. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan adalah dengan penggunaan teknologi dan digitalisasi untuk mendukung mining and operational excellence, termasuk dalam memastikan cybersecurity dan rantai pasok yang kuat. Beberapa pendekatan manajemen terkait dengan topik ini adalah:

• Implementasi ISO 9001 untuk menjamin mutu produk dan kepuasan pelanggan

• Implementasi ANTAM Control Tower sebagai dashboard operasional yang membantu kami untuk memantau secara real-time, efektif, dan efisien dari proses-proses yang ada di ANTAM, baik itu proses pertambangan, kinerja K3, hingga ke proses back office.

• Implementasi ISO 27000 untuk memastikan keamanan data darn cyber security di ANTAM.

• Kebijakan Pengelolaan Rantai Pasokan (Supply Chain Management) sesuai dengan Surat Keputusan Direksi ANTAM Nomor 333.K/92/DAT/2017

Discussion in Chapter ANTAM has implemented Smart Operations & Product Stewardship in various

aspects of its operations. One of which is the use of technology and digitalization to support mining and operational excellence, including ensuring cybersecurity and a strong supply chain. Some of the management approaches related to this topic are:

• Implementation of ISO 9001 to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.

• Implementation of ANTAM Control Tower as an operational dashboard that helps us to monitor in real-time, effectively and efficiently the processes in ANTAM, be it the mining process, K3 performance, to the back office process.

• Implementation of ISO 27000 to ensure data security and cyber security at ANTAM.

• Supply Chain Management Policy in accordance with ANTAM Board of Directors Decree Number 333.K/92/DAT/2017.

• Implementing the Company’s Ethical Standards (Code of Conduct) which also applies to shareholders, partners, and all stakeholders who conduct business cooperation with ANTAM

• Komitmen dan program kesehatan karyawan, terutama pencegahan berbagai penyakit yang dapat berakibat kematian.

Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS) sebagai kebijakan pengelolaan keselamatan pada mitra kerja/kontraktor sebagai salah satu komitmen untuk mewujudkan zero fatality.

• Perjanjian Kerja Bersama (PKB) yang memuat hak dan kewajiban manajemen Perusahaan dan para insan ANTAM secara seimbang dan secara strategis untuk mendukung pencapaian visi ANTAM, merupakan perwujudan rasa saling percaya, saling menghargai, dan komitmen untuk menciptakan hubungan industrial yang konstruktif dan transparan, termasuk dalam melindungi hak-hak pekerja dan Hak Asasi Manusia di tempat kerja.

• Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS) as a safety management policy for partners/contractors as one of the commitments to achieve zero fatality.

• Collective Labor Agreement (CLA) which contains the rights and obligations of the Company’s management and ANTAM’s employees in a fair and strategic manner to support the achievement of ANTAM’s vision, is a manifestation of mutual trust, mutual respect, and commitment to create constructive and transparent industrial relations, including in protecting workers’ rights and human rights in the workplace.

ANTAM memahami hubungan baik dengan seluruh pemangku kepentingan terutama masyarakat dimana perusahaan beroperasi merupakan salah satu faktor pendukung kesuksesan Perusahaan secara jangka panjang. • Expansion into downstream mineral processing and establishing partnerships to develop new refined mineral production from existing reserves.

ANTAM senantiasa menjunjung tinggi kepatuhan hukum, etika, integritas, dan implementasi tata kelola perusahaan yang baik, serta memitigasi risiko-risiko dengan komprehensif dan holistik. Kebijakan dan pedoman strategis yang menjadi cerminan pilar ini, antara lain adalah:
